It couldn't bet better than Rasa. This is the automation and personalization tool has inspired me to create beautiful, personal & contextualised newsletters that engage users. Email newsletters are an/used to be important tool for us. They provide a way to reach out to customers, keep them up to date on new products and promotions, and remind them of our existence at regular intervals. But not every email newsletter is created equal. You can now send them something new in a way they'll want to read as opposed to glancing at the phone and marking as deleted or spam. I view it as a content aggregation tool with a personalized twist, powered by AI. Set up is fast and easy. Prior to getting Rasa, I was honestly falling under the impression that email newsletters were on the cliff. This has revived it big time. What is great about Rasa is the Customer Service/Account Team. They are responsive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. As a "baby boomer" user I had concerns about training and generational learning – I can say without a doubt, the Rasa team alleviated my concerns, were professional and made me feel comfortable with their product. With the trend for personalization, we believe this will be an enhanced vehicle for our client audience and provide information to them that focuses on their specific interests. Very easy to use. And if I forget a week to add my own content, it's OK because Rasa pulls from my blog feed and Facebook group posts. When I do add posts manually, Rasa will pull the meta data and image. Then link it back to the original post. When I look at my stats on my blog traffic. I can always tell which posts were used in the Newsletter, they tend to have 5 to 10 times more clicks than posts that were simply shared in my social platforms.
