What do you like best about Rappi?

In Rappi you can get almost anything in 35 minutes or less. And they often deliver in just 20 minutes. It has the biggest catalog of all the similar apps I've seen and so far my deliveries were flawless! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rappi?

"Horrible and confusing app"

What do you like best about Rappi?

Don't have much to say in what I like. Just to get my extra money at the end of the month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rappi?

Almost everything. It crashes out, don't show you the "hot area" at all, need to close it and open it again. Your payment resume is confusing, same as your proffile editing options and support. It needs to improve in everything for the user experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rappi?

What I like most about Rappi is that he is constantly informing me of the promotions he has, he also gives me rappicreditos which I can redeem in my purchases. I can also choose from a variety of restaurants and have my favorite restaurants on hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rappi?

What I dislike most is that in many areas they do not yet have coverage, which means that at times I can not place orders for my meals. The coverage is currently 30% of the total of my city leaving a large part of it outside of the use of the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Rappi:

Rappi is more than an application for homes, you have the possibility to send money, pay for public services, pay for insurance. You also have PRIME option so that for an annual subscription you have decrease in shipping costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rappi solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems that I have solved with Rappi are those of mobility and time saving, since I do not have to go out to look for food and just within reach of my hand I have more than 100 restaurants every day. "More expensive than others"

What do you like best about Rappi?

I liked a lot that I can ask for whatever I need and Rappi goes for it and brings it to my front door. It can be food, a videogame, groceries, even gas for my car. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rappi?

I dislike that I haven't found how to order only from registered stablishments. The app always takes my order as a "whim" even if the stablishment is registered in the database. I think the app is unfriendly and a little bit difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
