What do you like best about RapidRatings?

I like the usability of the reports; they have a lot of meaningful data and are easy to understand. We are able to take the data in the reports and integrate them into processes and technology. What do you like best about RapidRatings?

Gives lots of financial analysis of suppliers. I really like their custom matrix and the amount data it showcases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RapidRatings?

Some suppliers dislike their low ratings due to some factors being overlooked such as new ownership or new strategy causing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accurate and colorful reports. Customer support is the best that I have seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Issue submitting financial statements at times through the site. Our POC is able to help us, but it would be nice to just be able to use the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
