What do you like best about RapidHire?

The thing I like the most about Rapidhire is that I can quickly update multiple candidates at the same time. It allows me to keep track of where each candidate is in the hiring process. I'm able to easily see who still needs to have their application reviewed. It also allows me to send a reminder email for their interview and paperwork session. I can manage different job postings all from one easy to use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RapidHire?

I would like the print function to be a bit more user friendly. Sometimes I like to print out a candidates application and it seems to take forever. I would like to be able to print multiple candidates at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RapidHire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since my company has switched to Rapidhire I have found the process takes less time and I am able to easily keep track of the candidates as opposed to having to create multiple lists and keep records of where each person is in the hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
