RapidEye is an artificial intelligence platform designed for short-term rental property managers to automate damage and change detection during property turnovers. The software integrates directly with existing property management applications like Breezeway to automatically analyze routine turnover photos collected by field staff. This allows the system to generate automated inspection reports without requiring any changes to a company's existing workflow. Additionally, field staff can capture video walkthroughs that RapidEye analyzes to identify discrepancies by comparing the new footage against previous baseline records. The platform is capable of detecting standard property damage as well as subtle environmental changes between stays, such as missing inventory, incorrect furniture counts, and improper staging. By utilizing current photo and video workflows without requiring proprietary hardware, the software allows management companies to conduct consistent property inspections without adding manual operational headcount.
