**What do you like best about Rapid7 Security Services?**

The pre-sales crew is great. Really make you think you'll get high tier support.

**What do you dislike about Rapid7 Security Services?**

The scan engine doesn't function. I'm unable to scan our IP ranges, and they've ignored requests to get this resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Rapid7 Security Services:**

Please, please, please look into the competition. Look for reviews and gauge how post-sales support will be.

**What problems is Rapid7 Security Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After installing their agent on workstation, R7 is able to identify CVEs and you'll be alerted about remediation by their SOC.

**What do you like best about Rapid7 Security Services?**

Their marketing materials are really slick. Unfortunately, the product did not meet expectations and the company behind it was completely unprofessional.

**What do you dislike about Rapid7 Security Services?**

Rapid7 failed to scan our site and was unusable for the first 2.5 months of our subscription. We brought the issue to our account rep and to their billing department. They refused to discount our invoice for the time that the scans didn't work. We made multiple attempts to resolve the invoice with them. We were ignored. Then they initiated collections.

**Recommendations to others considering Rapid7 Security Services:**

Look elsewhere. This company cannot be trusted.
