The Web Audit tool can be slow and sometimes produces 'strange' results, like failing to recognize certain technical configurations. There are delays in data loading, and issues with the accuracy of competitor rankings compared to other tools. The backlink checker tool lacks accuracy against specialized competitors. There's also a desire for more comprehensive reporting, including better visualization of competitor rankings over time and customizable options for exported reports. There were daily notifications about errors in SERP info gathering, requiring multiple passes. We don't need to know if their internal processes need retrying. Support is delivered over a chat, apparently by a single person, Felix. They have no way to cancel a subscription, and if you do it from your side, service will be immediately interrupted, regardless of how much time you had left. Mobile UX is not the best.
