I have just started using RankTracker and can say it is a great platform. In terms of ergonomics, the software is easy to use and the various functionalities are clearly explained in the interface. I use another tool to track my keywords on Google, but I didn't have a tool for Bing and Yahoo. Ranktracker is perfect for this. I like the daily keyword progress report. There is also a module to find new keywords or check keyword rankings. For me, when it comes to SEO analyses the data have to be visually appealing and easy to access. This is 100% fulfilled by 'layering' the user interface in different levels (at least this is how I interpret it): Dashboard - Categories - Details. On each level the choice of visually displayed data is a good fit and very useful for planning and controlling a solid SEO strategy. **What do you dislike about Ranktracker?** Unfortunately, the support is awful. They promise to reach back out to you, and then they don't. Everything takes much longer than they initially tell you. Ubersuggest is slightly faster, but you notice the difference, when you do a side by side comparison. They need to realize that they are selling to a global audience.
