I would rather use keysearch or ahrefs for all my work. But, as I paid for a lifetime license I still used it as a comparison tool. After paying for a lifetime membership on AppSumo, they decided that server costs were too expensive and blocked all users who didn't upgrade to a paid monthly fee. **What do you dislike about Ranktracker?** Not only did the founder sell the tool and violate the lifetime membership contract. This tool is nowhere near as sophisticated as SEMrush and other tools. Many of the tools that are actually provided by this app can be found for free elsewhere. Unfortunately, the keyword tracking part of the app is not working since a subscription upgrade is required to resume functionality. Ranktracker is not solving any problems and is only creating problems. I would not recommend the tool in any way. I wrote AppSumo what can be done and they told me that Felix (founder of Ranktracker) has stopped all communications with them. I've bought a large number of AppSumo deals but this is the first time a company would refuse to service their customers. When logged in, no matter what you click, it takes you back to the '/plans' page and tells you that you need to pay an annual fee for support - this is despite the fact that I have NEVER even needed to reach out to support. When I did reach out to support to tell them nothing is working, they told me they'll look into it. I know dozens of other people who bought the lifetime licence, and they've all been told the same BS. One was even told that if they pay the annual fee for support, they might get a response about the issue sooner.
