By far my favorite part is the Rank Tracker which automatically updates your rankings daily and shows the change progression WITH insights and the estimated monthly volume for each keyword. It worked normally for a few days after purchase. Unfortunately, after some time the items stopped refreshing, or they refresh once every 2 weeks. Emails with notifications about positions are badly displayed (if they come because this is also rare). I reported this problem to support a dozen times, they said they fixed it and the problem still exists. I cannot recommend this software.

After exchanging several emails with support, the problem was fixed for 2-3 days and still returned. I wrote back to the last message to support but there was no more response from their side.

After another exchange of emails, support said there was something wrong with my email address (I've been using it for 10 years, never had a problem with any service) and that was the end of it. Support cut off my access to services. I.e. I could log into my account, I could see all the information I had entered, but the keyword ranking had not updated for a week (since the last email I exchanged with support). I like the fact that I don't need to pay hundreds of dollars a year-every year, for a subscription. As to the tool itself, I've been using it for 4 months.
