More than 700 businesses and 840 branches use RandevuNet. The core product is free for life: unlimited appointments, customers, staff and branches, with no credit card required and no commission. Automated notifications are optional and paid per use with prepaid credits. An optional Professional (Premium) subscription, billed monthly or annually, adds unlimited WhatsApp and SMS notifications. Key features of RandevuNet include: - Online booking page: Every business gets its own booking link that customers can use 24/7. Customers pick one or more services, a staff member (or "no preference") and a branch, and verify their phone number with a code sent via SMS or WhatsApp. The page comes with 6 themes and your logo, a QR code generator, an embeddable form for your website, and sharing guides for Google Business Profile, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Facebook. - Smart Notifications: Confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations, review requests, birthday greetings and installment reminders are sent automatically. Each notification goes out via WhatsApp first and falls back to SMS if the customer can't be reached, at one price per notification regardless of channel. Customers confirm or cancel with one tap from the link in the message, and the calendar updates instantly. - Automated voice confirmation: The evening before the appointment, the system calls the customer and reads the appointment details in natural Turkish speech. Pressing 1 confirms and pressing 2 cancels. Unanswered calls are retried once the same evening, and each result is shown on the appointment. - Customer management: Customer cards with contact details, birthday and dated notes, full appointment history, package and session tracking, installment plans with reminders, a prescription module, and Excel/CSV import with duplicate detection and merging. - Multi-branch and staff management: Unlimited branches and staff, staff-to-service mapping, branch-specific working hours, holidays and leave, recurring appointments, and granular staff permissions. - Reports: Appointments, attendance, no-shows and revenue per staff member, revenue per service, customer reports (including customers who haven't returned in a while), appointment status breakdowns and income-expense reports, all exportable to Excel/CSV. - Additional modules: Stock tracking with barcodes and low-stock alerts, expense tracking, lab tracking for dental clinics, and Instagram DM auto-replies (Premium). - Mobile apps: iOS and Android apps to manage the calendar, customers and revenue on the go, with instant notifications for new appointments. Pricing: The Lifetime Free plan costs nothing. Notifications are pay-as-you-go at ₺0.25 per WhatsApp/SMS notification and ₺0.99 per voice call. The Professional plan costs ₺499 per month or ₺4,999 per year and includes unlimited WhatsApp and SMS notifications, ad-free use, a white-label booking page and priority support; voice calls still use credits. There is no free trial because the core plan is free. RandevuNet's interface is in Turkish, and notifications are sent to Turkish phone numbers.
