Ranch.Bot is livestock record-keeping software for cattle and sheep operations. It is built for producers who keep records in their head, on paper, or across scattered spreadsheets. It turns the notes they already make into structured records they can find again, review, and export. Setup starts on the web. You create a farm and enable Text-in for the phone you will text from. After that, you send a plain-language note from the field about health, breeding, feeding, or movement. Ranch.Bot reads the note and drafts a structured record. In the app, that draft is presented for review before it saves, so a wrong tag number or detail gets caught before it becomes the record. Saved records stay findable. Open the animal, group, or conversation to see the history, or look up an animal by name, management tag, EID, brand, or tattoo. The Month-End Inventory and Movement Report exports to CSV or print/PDF. A farm export produces a ZIP package of JSON and CSV files with record relationships and original farm-linked files. Existing paper or spreadsheet files can come in through supervised import. Ranch.Bot extracts a proposed set of records, and a person reviews the source, sensitive details, and sample rows before anything is added. Human review of imported records is included for every customer. Team members join a farm as an Owner, Editor, or Reader. Ranch.Bot is browser-based and mobile-first, with no native app required. Advanced users can connect through the Ranch.Bot CLI or a local MCP server for an AI assistant, and those external writes follow server permissions rather than the in-app review step. Hosted connections are not available. Support is by email at support@ranch.bot. Customers receive a 20-minute welcome call and help loading an agreed starting set of records. Pricing is one flat price per person: Team includes three people, and more people can be added up to eight. A 30-day free trial requires a card, with nothing charged until day 31, and you can cancel anytime. Live pricing is at https://ranch.bot/#pricing.
