We save a lot of effort by not having to jump between multiple tools to find prospects and send follow-up messages. Its advanced lead filtering is a standout feature, allowing us to narrow down targets by industry, job title, company scale, and location, helping us quickly build highly targeted contact lists. I appreciate that the contact data provided is well-verified, rarely encountering invalid email addresses. The easy-to-use email sequence builder is another favorite. The templates are simple to customize, and scheduling automated messages is just a few clicks away. Even team members with minimal tech experience can use it with ease. Plus, the basic engagement tracking is helpful to see who opened or clicked our emails, allowing us to prioritize leads showing interest. I also find the overall interface clean and intuitive, with a focus on practical lead generation and outreach—exactly what our IT services team needs for smooth and efficient marketing campaigns. **What do you dislike about RampedUp.io?** For starters, the lead filtering options are not detailed enough. When we run niche targeted campaigns for tech industry clients, we can’t set precise filters based on company growth stage or specific business departments. We often end up with many irrelevant leads, which forces us to spend extra time cleaning up the lists manually. Besides that, the platform lacks robust team collaboration features. Multiple members on our marketing team share lead tasks, yet there’s no built-in way to assign leads, leave internal notes or track who is handling which prospect. There were a couple times that I would drill down to a certain screen, select key people, refresh and the selections were gone. It was easy enough to re-select the entries.
