"Convenient and Transparent, But Limited Acceptance"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I like that Ramp is convenient and that I don't have to have physical receipts. It's clear what I'm approved to do, thanks to how my director sets things up, leaving no uncertainty about my allowed actions. Everything is in one centralized location, making it easy to find what I need, like reviewing a receipt. The transparency provided by Ramp, where it's very clear what I'm approved to do, is something I appreciate. It facilitates communication as my company clearly expresses expectations, and I can show that I've met those without issues, which means it builds trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I think sometimes when I have tried to use the Ramp card on certain websites, I've experienced some issues. So, essentially, it doesn't work everywhere, and sometimes that has caused some confusion. Also, if when the spending card is created, and an exact supplier is put in and the supplier I'm using, there's any differences, then, transactions don't go through. So a little bit of flexibility there would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Expense and Invoice Analysis Made Easy"

What do you like best about Ramp?

The utilization of ai to help fill out expenses and analyze invoices. It's also very helpful with questions and new processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

We weren't able to sync with Certinia (SalesForce) to automate the upload of invoices and expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Absurdly Simple, Smart UX That Makes Expense Tracking a Joy"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

Absurdly simple interface and UX. Usually, Ramp is 2 steps ahead of me. It's smarter than me. I start to do something and it's already done. The app is a joy, the txt approach is great, and the website is about as good as a website can get. I feel like our company is somehow making more money and creating joy in our accounting/expenses teams when I use Ramp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Sometimes the interface is a little TOO light. I've used expense tools for 20+ years, and because Ramp is so different, there can be an adjustment period when it comes to getting used to the platform. That being said, when I do catch on, I feel smarter and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Reconciliation and Stellar Support with Ramp"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I like Ramp for its smooth integration with Netsuite and how user-friendly it is. The support is great, and they add new features very often. It's also easy to capture receipts, and I value the integration with emails and vendor accounts. As a cardholder, I appreciate receiving SMS and emails that make it easy to add pictures and reasons, and the email integration gives the ability to search invoices or receipts and attach them. Plus, the initial setup of Ramp was really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I find the AI integrations complex. It's challenging to connect tools like Claude or ChatGPT. Also, user management isn't as refined as I'd like. It's tricky to control who has access to certain features without exposing them to all expenses or other features in one toggle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Procure-to-Pay with AI-Driven Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I like that Ramp is a one-stop platform that enables me to manage all the procure-to-pay related functions. Ramp has a lot of AI features that allow us to automate and expedite many processes. I also appreciate that Ramp connects with NetSuite seamlessly, which eliminates the need for manual transaction import and export between the two systems. Additionally, Ramp is consistently launching new features and has a strong breadth of different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I've noticed that with Ramp consistently launching new features and products, the user interface sometimes changes and some of the options and menus look very different, which makes it a bit harder because the user has to figure out what has changed and how to continue with the processes. Additionally, there are occasional system issues that cause delays in closing the books or managing operations on time, likely because they are launching too many products at once. I would hope that Ramp manages the excellence of operations while they are also launching new features and products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Approval Flows, Unmatched Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I love how Ramp has simplified all our approval flows, bringing down our average approval time from a month to under a week. It has also reduced our AP costs and made expense tracking simpler and easier. The ease of use and financial tracking capabilities really set Ramp apart, and when you add in the cost savings, there's no product in the market that can beat Ramp today. Moving from Concur to Ramp felt like stepping into a resort after crawling through the desert, highlighting the significant improvements in sophistication and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I don't know. Ramp is so much more sophisticated than companies like Concur when you move from Concur to Ramp the differences are so big that we really haven't found too many things so far that I would say Ramp needs to change. Maybe interact with Outlook or whichever calendaring application to see who you are interacting with as an appointment for an expense and fill in the expense when you take a picture for a receipt? "Ramp’s Ease of Use and Excellent Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

In the past, my company used the bill pay function, and it was very simple to use. It also made it easy to check whether payments or checks had been sent or received. Currently, our company uses the credit card function, and whenever we’ve run into issues, Ramp has been there right away to help us resolve them. I recommend Ramp for its ease of use and excellent customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

At the beginning of starting to use Ramp, the menus weren’t very functional, and it was a bit irritating moving from one menu to another because if I tried to go back to a previous menu, I often had to start over from square one. On top of that, Ramp would roll out various updates to the website, so every now and then it became a hassle to figure things out again. It wasn’t a game changer for using Ramp, but it was still frustrating and annoying at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Receipt & Expense Tracking—Snap a Photo and You’re Done"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

It's a very easy system to record receipts and expenses. I like the fact that it just requires a picture, a note and you're done. And half the time it now uploads a digital receipt already! My husband would LOVE to have his company use it, but they're still working on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I think that because I only buy one type of item for our department, the process is pretty straightforward. That said, I can see how it would get more complicated if you were buying, for example, office supplies for one department and food supplies for another, since you’d need two separate receipts for each department. "Effortless Spend Control and Visibility for Fast-Growing Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

Real-time spend visibility and control: Ramp makes it very easy to see where company money is going, with instant transaction tracking and strong controls like spend limits and automated approvals. This helps teams avoid overspending and keeps finance teams in control without slowing people down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Limited flexibility for complex or global finance needs: while Ramp is great for fast-growing US-based teams, it can feel restrictive if your company needs advanced workflows, multi-entity accounting, or strong international support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Expense Management with Ramp"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I absolutely love using Ramp. It's quick, easy to use, and incredibly intuitive. Everything feels streamlined, and the workflows just make sense, which saves a ton of time on the finance side. From its automation to real-time visibility, Ramp makes managing company spending feel effortless. The list of things I appreciate just keeps going. We haven't used everything that this software offers, but knowing that it has a lot of features we can expand to use in the future is also great. Anytime I swipe the card, it's automatic; I'll get an email and a text message instantly. I don't have to wait anymore for expenses to show up before uploading receipts. With real-time visibility, it makes it super awesome for those of us who don't like to wait. I want to be able to upload things right away so I don't forget because I have other tasks to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I wouldn't say this is something I disliked as it could have been user error. At the onset of using ramp we were given the link to set everything up. I went through all the steps and tutorials. I set the card up in my google wallet prior to receiving the actual card in the mail and tried to use it and that prompted the card to be deactivated and a second card issued. Honestly, I'm sure that was more of my fault because I wanted to use it already after going through everything and seeing how great of a product it was compared to Expensify.
