"Streamlined Spend Management with Intuitive Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I find Ramp so easy to use, and I appreciate its intuitive AI and training capabilities. It's a reliable platform with strong admin tools, and they keep rolling out new features that I didn't even think about, which greatly benefit our organization and relieve pain points. I especially like how it manages travel policies, tracks them for us, and the amortization feature saves time during the month-end close. It syncs well with Sage Intacct, and I appreciate the 2-way writing between the platforms. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I wish Ramp had accounts receivable capabilities so we could do everything in one trustworthy platform. I would love to give vendors an option to pay with links handling ACH payments or credit card information. It would also be helpful to generate invoices and apply credits as needed with easy linkable information for both the payor and us to view. Additionally, I would like the ability to change entity information if a bill hasn't been paid yet, as having to re-create bills due to the wrong entity is a pain point. Currently, we still use Bill.com for A/R because Ramp doesn't provide that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Expense Management Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

What I like most about Ramp is how it makes expense management feel simple, organized, and almost effortless. The real-time visibility, smooth approval workflows, and automation features help me stay on top of spending without the usual complexity that often comes with financial management. It gives teams the flexibility to move quickly while still maintaining strong control and transparency, and the overall user experience feels modern, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, Ramp has made expense management a seamless part of our everyday workflow instead of a time-consuming administrative task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

The only minor challenge with Ramp is that, given the number of features available, it can take some time for new users to fully discover and utilize all the capabilities. A more guided onboarding experience or additional tips within the platform could make the learning process even smoother. Other than that, the overall experience has been extremely positive. "Ramp Makes Expense and Travel Management Seamless and Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

5-Star Review for Ramp

Ramp has been an excellent tool for managing both expenses and travel. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use, so it’s simple for employees and administrators to navigate. Whether it’s submitting expenses or tracking spending, the overall process feels streamlined and efficient.

A standout feature for me is the Travel functionality. Booking flights and hotels, as well as managing travel plans, is seamless and straightforward. It’s also well integrated with expense management, which saves time and removes much of the usual hassle that comes with business travel. Having travel bookings and related expenses connected in one place makes reconciliation and reporting noticeably easier.

Overall, Ramp has improved our efficiency, increased visibility into spending, and simplified our travel management process. I would recommend Ramp to any organization looking for a modern, user-friendly solution for expense management and business travel. The ease of use, automation, and strong travel features make it a valuable tool for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Fast, and Intuitive—Receipt Uploads Made Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

Easy to use, fast, and intuitive. I can upload receipts directly from my phone, which makes the whole process much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

One area I find challenging is understanding the distinction between some of the evaluation categories. In my role, research, farm operations, outreach, and project management are closely integrated, so it can be difficult to separate my work and performance into clearly distinct categories. More clarity on how each category is defined—along with what specific responsibilities, deliverables, or outcomes are expected within each one—would help me complete a more consistent and accurate self-assessment. "Ramp: Intuitive, AI-Powered Expense Management — Fast, Minimal Effort"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

It' so intuitive and takes so much manual process off my plate. I spend very little time on my expenses and I have a lot due to sales travel. The Gmail integration you released creates even less work. Now that I have iOS upload, SMS, and inbox searching it's never been easier to get this done. If feels like your engineers have lived the life of a sales person with lots of small and large expenses that can pile up. The AI features aid in what is already a good experience. I rarely have delays in my reimbursements getting processed which helps me, its better performance than other platforms. With most everything being drag and drop and a good matching engine I don't have to manually scan pdf and jpeg files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Nothing really. I don't pay for it so I don't know the pricing structure but I would say it's worth every penny. Our CEO says that he would personally invest in Ramp and think its one of the best run companies around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Customizable Cards with Smart Policy Checks and 1% Cash Back"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

Our church likes the ease of use. It's intuitive and customizable. We love the option to turn a card off at the click of a button, and have virtual cards as well. Being able to upload our spending policies and have Ramp check them before directors do speeds our oversight tasks. We recoup the cost through our 1% cash-back. Yay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Though Ramp integrates with many accounting software brands, it does not connect with ours. We still have to download a spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easiest Way to Issue Funds and Track Receipts in a User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

It’s the easiest tool for issuing funds to collaborators and holding them accountable by collecting receipts in an incredible user friendly interface. Gathering receipts and invoices is automated having an Ai scan your email, or your gallery and matching receipts to expenses making the process much less tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

The way the menu is structured and finding settings and configurations is unintuitive. This affects the one in charge of the platform and not the users who use the cards, so it's not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Expense Management with Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I like how intuitive Ramp is, as I needed very little onboarding and found everything pretty straightforward. The interface is easy to understand once you figure out what certain things mean. I love the way Ramp sends only useful emails that link directly to the interface, helping me determine what I need to do next. The notifications are genuinely useful and not annoying. I appreciate that I can give individuals access to a digital Ramp card, which is very fine-grained, so I don't have to worry about giving too much access or having to monitor everyone's accounts closely. Integrating it into QuickBooks is also great because it matches transactions and shares receipts and vendors, offering a much easier interface than QuickBooks alone. I also like how it pulls receipts from Gmail, saving me from chasing down e-receipts for everything. The control features in Ramp solve issues related to access to money, receipt management, and bill payments oversight effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Intuitive, and Effortless Expense Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I love how easy Ramp is to use with its updated user interface, which feels modern and is quick. Our users have no issues using it. The integration with QuickBooks is fantastic because it allows us to close our books quickly, and I really appreciate being able to see pictures of the invoices right away. Compared to when we used Expensify, Ramp is much easier to use and feels so much more modern. It's a great asset to our business. Setting it up was extremely easy, and managing it is simple for admins, with everything flowing into one main dashboard. I also love the integration that automatically pulls in receipts, and it's very easy to check and verify receipts and set rules for each expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use with Quick Categorization, Slight Locking Hassles"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I like that Ramp is easy to use and everything I need is already there, so I just have to add the receipt and a note. It categorizes everything for me, which is super helpful. I also appreciate that Ramp locks immediately if I don't add my receipts or any pending documents, as it helps me stay on track right away. The navigation is very straightforward, which adds to the positive experience. Setting it up was pretty easy too, and it's pretty convenient overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I guess locking it right away sometimes gives us some issues in terms of using it. And then if it's an emergency, you have to cram to basically get it unlocked. So sometimes we are not able to use it, and it gets delayed in, like, turning utilities on. Allowing you to be able to make transactions even if there's, like, pending expenses that have yet to get a receipt or had to be documented. That way, it won't allow bigger problems in terms of turning utilities or rental registrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
