It was very easy to log my expenses. I received a text message after each purchase, and I could just respond to the text message to associate my purchase with the category and reason. It is more streamlined than the previous expense management system we have used. **What do you dislike about Ramp?** Our previous expense reporting provider had a feature where you could add a recurring expenditure. I expense my gym membership, and it was handy to have it automatically create the expense report for me every month. The ability to create new virtual credit cards almost instantly for new spending projects is extremely convenient. **What do you dislike about Ramp?** I don't have many negative things to say about Ramp. If I am being nitpicky, they have made a few cosmetic changes to the interface in the last year or so that I do not like, but the functionality has not changed. **What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Business Credit card solution with transactions importing into accounting system seamlessly. I love how Ramp texts me after I use my card, prompting me to upload a receipt and then providing a reason for the transaction. I love how they suggest transaction reasons and allow me to provide my own. What might normally take minutes per transaction after the fact (ie: taking photos of my receipts, recording the date, time, and purpose, manually uploading the receipts via web, etc) now takes seconds. **What do you dislike about Ramp?** I'd love the ability to verify or edit transaction amounts via SMS. A challenge I've run into while traveling for work is that at certain restaurants, my Ramp card is charged before I add the tip. This means that when I receive an SMS message for the transaction, it does not include the full amount after tip. I wish I could edit the transaction to include the tip since the receipt actually matches the amount plus tip (not the lower amount) **What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expense and travel management on the go; logging expenses in seconds right after I've completed a transaction vs. days/weeks afterwards when I may have forgotten about the transactions, lost receipts, etc ### 15. Good luck...not possible. You have to update each transaction one by one in Ramp. - Do you have monthly recurring transactions for the SAME amount from the SAME vendor EVERY month? Think Ramp would use a touch of AI to automatically set the location after you set it to the same value EVERY month for the last 100 months? Nope...keep setting it manually. - Did Ramp lock your card because it thought the transaction was suspicious? That's ok, you can respond to the text it sent you to have it unlock the card. Oh wait, just kidding, you have to log into Ramp, see no notification your card is still locked, and find the completely tiny icon to manually unlock it.
