What do you like best about Ramp?

Ramp is very intuitive and easy to use. Submitting and tracking expenses is quick and straightforward, which makes it really convenient for day-to-day use. What do you dislike about Ramp?

One limitation is that not all Latin American countries are supported. For example, Peru isn’t currently included, even though there are employees based there.

What do you like best about Ramp?

I love the email integrations that Ramp does with the receipts we receive via email. These integrations help me be more efficient because I don't have to manually upload those receipts. What do you like best about Ramp?

Absurdly simple interface and UX. Usually, Ramp is 2 steps ahead of me. It's smarter than me. I start to do something and it's already done. The app is a joy, the txt approach is great, and the website is about as good as a website can get. What do you dislike about Ramp?

Sometimes the interface is a little TOO light. I've used expense tools for 20+ years, and because Ramp is so different, there can be an adjustment period when it comes to getting used to the platform. What do you like best about Ramp?

I love Ramp's clean UI which makes it easy to understand what's needed, like expenses that need approval or trips not fully submitted. The information is clearly laid out, so I always know what's going on. I appreciate the multiple ways to submit expense reports, especially via text message, as it's convenient for me to just snap a picture of a receipt and handle details later, easing my travel stress. The intuitive nature of booking travel is another win, making it clear what I'm getting without complex approval layers. It's helpful with minimal cognitive load, and flights are fast and easy to find. Overall, the software is impressive with a very clean interface, and I find it beautiful how I can simply submit receipt pictures via text, helping me not forget expenses, actually saving me over $100 to $200 a year. Lastly, the setup was extremely easy, so much that it was a bit spooky in a good way. Tremendous kudos to Ramp's team for their expertly engineered onboarding flow. It was truly awesome. What do you dislike about Ramp?

I would like the rebooking process of travel last minute to be done more through an interface rather than support. I understand it takes some collaboration with the airline, but whatever you could do to make it even more fast would be appreciated. What do you like best about Ramp?

I use Ramp to purchase items for our students, staff, and HQ staff needs. I like the integration with our ERP systems. It makes it easy to upload receipts and information straight to our ERP system. I really enjoy the phone application and how easy it is to upload receipts directly to the charges incurred on my corporate credit card. I appreciate not having to manually upload it once I do so in the app. Also, the cashback on transactions and the easy-to-manage application were motivating factors for us when switching to Ramp. What do you dislike about Ramp?

I wish that for every transaction that is made in my CCC, a separate email could be sent to upload information to my email. Yes, when setting up the Ramp profile, it is hard to follow some of the features that are listed on the website. What do you like best about Ramp?

I love the Ramp mobile app where I can track my travel miles and expenditures, as it really helps keep track of everything and makes it easy. The way I can just put in the town and destination, and it calculates the mileage and everything, including round trips, is awesome. It just streamlines everything in a very efficient way for both me and my coworkers, making it simple to keep track of things. I also appreciated how easy the initial setup was; you just plug in your email, phone number, and company email, and it handles everything for you. What do you like best about Ramp?

The ease of use is truly impressive. Everything feels simple and streamlined, making the experience very user-friendly. I find it extremely convenient to email receipts, drag and drop them, or upload them directly. The user interface stands out for being clean, refined, and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Ramp?

There are very few drawbacks to using Ramp. However, I do find it challenging to manage old expenses or canceled transactions. I have several transactions that remain open on my account, appearing as if they are still waiting for a receipt or a comment, even though these transactions were canceled or refunded months ago. In the past, such transactions would eventually disappear from my account, but these have lingered for many months, and I have not yet figured out how to remove them. I would appreciate a simpler way to either delete these transactions or mark them as returned or refunded so they no longer appear on my main screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ramp?

I appreciate Ramp for its capability in employee expense tracking using Ramp business cards, which are easy to issue and monitor. The AI assistant features in Ramp are particularly impressive, as they facilitate the precoding of expenses according to which card user is spending and allow for coding according to vendor, thereby simplifying the expense management process. I love that invoices through the Bill pay service sync effortlessly, which streamlines the workflow. The intuitive integration with our American Express bill further enhances efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup of Ramp was flawless, making it a seamless addition to our financial operations. The combination of the card features and free AP services was a compelling reason for our switch to Ramp, as it adds significant value to our expense management processes. What do you dislike about Ramp?

I don't like that marking invoices paid in NetSuite doesn't automatically mark them as paid in Ramp. This requires manual intervention which can be cumbersome. Also, I have to split invoices to match one invoice with two different POs for the same vendor. What do you like best about Ramp?

I really like Ramp because it's just so easy. We can forward an email receipt to them, and it attaches the receipt to the transaction. We can just text a pic of a receipt, as opposed to needing to open an app or download and upload documents. Setting up Ramp was super easy and intuitive. It's such a great product. What do you like best about Ramp?

I like the ease of use of Ramp and that it's kind of foolproof. It helps me see what I'm doing and correct any issues if I happen to click or put something in the wrong place. This ease of use provides less room for errors, which gives me confidence in the work I'm producing and sending to my bosses. Once we got the hang of it, the setup was very simple and easy. It's quick to replicate settings from our initial parent instance to the child instances, just by mirroring prior settings. I also appreciate how the receipts come directly to my email and Ramp automatically matches them, which means I don't have to use a third party to download and upload them, making the process faster. What do you dislike about Ramp?

Finding where certain things are at times is a bit tricky. I have to do a lot of clicking around, even though I know there's a question box I can type things into. I also had an experience where I asked a question to the help desk, and although they got back to me quickly, they unfortunately couldn't answer my follow-up question.
