## Ramp Reviews
  ### 1. Time Saving & Cash Back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janey C. | Financial Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love everything about Ramp, and I use it daily. They’re constantly upgrading the platform and making improvements, and it’s very user-friendly. This past year we have moved from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks On-line and I did have a few hiccups between QB On-line and Ramp (mostly user error), but those issues were quickly resolved. We recently starting using the reimbursement feature in Ramp for mileage and out-of-pocket expenses. I love this feature as I can go in and review submissions and send comments from that particular entry to users if I have any questions regarding it. I love that I can send reminders with just a click, too. I recommend it to everyone. Our staff love using Ramp for both credit card transactions and reimbursements.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The only downside for me is that there aren’t individual statements. I can download charges for individual users within the statement date range, but it’s a little time-consuming.

Sometimes my exports fail when importing into QuickBooks. I’m not exactly sure why, but I did talk to a Ramp rep about it, and they said it was an issue they were working on. This issue has since been resolved.

I also don’t like that I’m unable to sync any kind of documentation for mileage reimbursement. I have to take a screenshot and attach it to the mileage reimbursement entry, and I need that documentation for our audit. It’s a minor inconvenience overall.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, my main issue was with exports that would fail, either partially or completely. Ramp told me they were aware of the problem and were working on a fix, and it has since been resolved. Overall, Ramp is consistently improving the product.

  ### 2. Ramp Is a Game-Changer for Real-Time Financial Workflow Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trini U. | Staff Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp provides an ultimate experience by seamlessly combining operational efficiency with cutting-edge, up-to-date AI tools. By integrating several key performance features, the platform drastically improves workflow through a perfect blend of transparency and performance, delivering critical financial information in real time.

This platform is truly a masterpiece. It elevates overall workflow quality and efficiency, providing total reassurance that vital information will always be available on time. For any organization looking to modernize its financial stack, Ramp is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The split option to categorize a receipt is not alwasy available. causing me to go bacnk and forth to record the transaction correctly. 24 hours delya when creatinga new account in quick book to be recognized by Ramp.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work flow!!!

  ### 3. Smooth and user-friendly expense management with room to grow globally

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura M. | Customer Support Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp is very intuitive and easy to use. Submitting and tracking expenses is quick and straightforward, which makes it really convenient for day-to-day use. I also appreciate their help center, it’s well organized and makes it easy to find answers without needing to contact support.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

One limitation is that not all Latin American countries are supported. For example, Peru isn’t currently included, even though there are employees based there.

In practice, this creates extra friction, since reimbursements sometimes require workarounds like using accounts in other countries. Expanding regional support would make the experience much smoother and more inclusive for global teams.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp simplifies expense management by making it easy to submit, track, and get visibility into expenses like remote work and wellness. It reduces friction in the reimbursement process and saves time, which makes managing expenses much more efficient.

  ### 4. Intuitive Expense Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I really like that Ramp is very user-friendly and intuitive. It always seems to be releasing updates to make the software even more efficient and easier to use, which I greatly appreciate. I also like using the policies feature in Ramp, because it allows setting up automations for certain transactions in specific departments while also controlling spending limits. This is probably the best part of it. Additionally, the intuitive side of it constantly learns from new transactions and tries to make recommendations and automations as much as possible... It's usually pretty spot on. The full implementation of Ramp was pretty seamless and easy for us, which is also very nice.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I would say some of the integration side of it. At times department names and some of the locations tend to get a little bit off. It's because of the way it feeds back to NetSuite. When it comes to recognizing a naming convention for a location, department, or even a vendor with slight differences in the name or verbiage, it could be more intuitive in it's process.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp solves a lot of data entry issues, freeing up the time that would have been spent getting it into the accounting software. It helps manage expenses, ensuring company cards are in place and spending is under control.

  ### 5. Effortless Expense Management with Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I find Ramp extremely easy to use and very, very powerful. I love the accounts payable feature, especially the ability to email a bill to Ramp and have it automatically interpret and get it ready for review and approval, which is amazing. It's fantastic that Ramp is free to use and that they provided us with a credit card. I also discovered a cool feature of uploading bills with a spreadsheet, which has made my life easier. Additionally, I'm really happy with the ability to automate my work and continually find cool things that Ramp offers, like integrating with QuickBooks. The initial setup was not hard at all, and it remains easy to use and update. I really like the way Ramp works with us. Overall, I'm very happy with Ramp.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Nothing really.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp for expense management with our card, accounts payable automation, and it's free to use. It interprets everything, prepares it for payment, and uploading bills with spreadsheets makes my life easier. It allows me to automate my life.

  ### 6. Streamlined Expense Management with Minor Speed Bumps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soheil S. | Head of Service Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I find Ramp pretty intuitive and like that I can create business credit cards for different team members and track their spending. I appreciate the ability to manage different vendors and the whitelisting features, which ensure the credit card is accepted by all the vendors we work with. The platform also offers useful reports that highlight when vendor costs are getting too high or when someone is spending more than they should, allowing us to put controls in place to prevent budget exceedance. The initial setup was pretty simple, involving inviting members and connecting our calendar and email accounts for managing receipts, with the rest being easy to handle.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The platform is a little bit slow. One of the main issues we faced was when one of our cards got exposed, and we had to replace all our subscriptions. We ended up having to blacklist a vendor, but we're not sure how the card was getting exposed.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp to manage business expenses by creating business credit cards for team members, monitoring their spending, managing vendors, and ensuring budget controls.

  ### 7. Streamlined Expense Management with Powerful AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren F. | Business Strategy Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I really like the AI tools in Ramp. They are pretty good because when I upload a receipt, I just wait a few moments, and then I have an almost-perfect reimbursement request ready to send to my manager. Also, even though I wasn't part of the initial setup team, my impression was that Ramp was very user-friendly and easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The AI tool can be a little slow or buggy. The UI/UX around company credit cards/spend accounts can be confusing. I have a lot of 'event-related' debit-style accounts that I have to scroll through because my team sets up a new account for all travel events.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp for managing expenses like travel and reimbursements. It solves issues like uploading receipts and getting the right amount approved, using a company credit card or spending account, and booking travel. The AI tools are pretty good for preparing almost-perfect reimbursement requests.

  ### 8. Efficient Expense Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivi C. | Senior Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love the email integrations that Ramp does with the receipts we receive via email. These integrations help me be more efficient because I don't have to manually upload those receipts. As soon as I receive them via email, whether I purchase a product or service, Ramp automatically processes them, which saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The travel management tool is not so great as I understand that it is managed by a third party. So we've been having some issues and some technical difficulties regarding the travel management part of Ramp.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp helps us integrate data for expense reports, travel, and budget management. I love the email integrations for receipt management, making me more efficient by eliminating manual uploads. It saves me a lot of time when receipts are automatically processed.

  ### 9. Great for Receipts, Costly for Compliance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

The single best part of using Ramp is that it has put a definitive end to “receipt archaeology.” Before the platform, we were constantly chasing staff for crumpled paper receipts weeks after a transaction; now, Ramp does the heavy lifting by automatically matching emailed receipts or prompting employees via SMS the moment a card is swiped. That real-time visibility has changed our month-end close from a multi-day administrative headache into a far more streamlined, automated process. By taking the friction out of expense reporting for employees and giving the finance team immediate oversight, Ramp has meaningfully improved our operational efficiency and, quite frankly, saved my sanity.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

While Ramp initially positioned itself as a “free” disruptor, its recent shift toward an enterprise SaaS model has created real hurdles for those of us responsible for managing taxpayer funds. My biggest concern is the growing pattern of putting essential infrastructure—specifically Audit Logs and US-based data residency—behind a “Plus” paywall. For a government entity, an audit trail isn’t a premium add-on; it’s a legal mandate. Needing a per-user subscription just to access basic transparency feels like a “compliance ransom,” and it’s extremely difficult to justify to a Board of Health.

On top of that, Ramp’s new fee structure for ACH and check payments is a major roadblock. They offer to waive these fees through a Treasury account, but Michigan state law (MCL 129.112) requires us to use institutions with a physical branch presence in our state. Since we’re legally prohibited from using their “fee-waiving” workaround, we’re effectively forced to pay a “transaction tax” on every payment. When these new fees are combined with a platform charge for procurement and a 25% jump in user pricing over the last year, the ROI for a public-sector entity essentially disappears. Overall, it feels like the platform is becoming increasingly optimized for venture-backed startups, rather than the unique, fixed-budget realities and compliance obligations of the public sector.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Ramp solves for us is the administrative bottleneck created by the traditional expense report cycle. In a public-sector environment where staff are often stretched thin, manually reconciling receipts and chasing down missing documentation used to be a significant drain on our resources. Ramp has shifted that reactive process into a proactive one.

With real-time visibility into spending, I can see exactly where taxpayer dollars are going the moment a transaction happens, instead of waiting weeks for a statement to arrive. That change has helped me move from being a clerical “receipt chaser” to acting as a more strategic financial director, spending more time on grant compliance and long-term fiduciary planning. Just as importantly, it removes the burden on our public servants of having to use personal funds and then wait for reimbursements, which has been a major boost to departmental morale.

  ### 10. AI-Enhanced Invoicing, Needs Better Usability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gideon B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I like how Ramp uses autofilling and the new AI features to make processing and completing invoices and bills easier for me. It's especially helpful since I'm not an accounting person, and when Finance asks me for an invoice, I appreciate Ramp autofilling the details so I don't have to do it manually. Ramp completes the process quickly and also makes it clear where in the approval flow my billing requests are, so I can chase down the relevant people. Additionally, I find it convenient that Ramp integrates with Okta and Slack, allowing me to get notices in Slack and then sign in easily via Okta. Although I wasn't directly involved in the initial setup, the feedback I heard was that they were able to easily deploy it and integrate our company into it.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

It's not that easy to use. The autofill doesn't do everything. Some of the flows are not intuitive at all, and some of the language is unclear so I don't know what info I need to enter. The language needs to be clarified and perhaps better tooltips.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp to process invoices easily with autofill, saving me from manual entry. AI features complete invoices quickly, and it helps track approvals, so I know who to follow up with.

  ### 11. Effortlessly Manage Receipts Across Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love how easy Ramp is to use; submitting receipts is a breeze whether I'm using my laptop, phone, or iPad. It's so much easier than Concur. I appreciate that I haven't had to contact Ramp for assistance because I haven't encountered any problems. Submitting receipts from various apps is straightforward, and most of the time, Ramp automatically submits them for me. Even if it doesn’t, it puts them at the top for manual submission, making every interaction easy. As someone who procrastinates and doesn’t always wear my glasses, I find it convenient to switch between devices quickly without any hassle. I also find that Ramp’s setup is so simple and intuitive that even a toddler could use it.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I have not found any dislikes so far!

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp is so much easier than Concur. I submit receipts easily from any device without problems. It often automatically submits receipts, and when not, they're ready for manual submission. I don't need assistance as it's user-friendly, making the whole process smooth.

  ### 12. Effortless Expense Management with Accurate A.I.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudy S. | Senior Federal Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I use Ramp for all my business travel expenses, and it makes it very easy for me to make payments without worrying about reimbursements or manually filling out reports anymore. I really like its integration with multiple systems where it automatically detects receipts and attaches them to the platform. I also love receiving text messages where I can fill out whenever I make an expense. The AI-generated matches are pretty accurate for the most part. The initial setup was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Sometimes Ramp asks me to fill out the fields for the same expense twice. After submitting the fields once, it looks like it's submitted, but then asks again after a couple of days to fill out ANOTHER field - that seems like it was required from my company in the first place - I just wish it would just have me fill out all the fields at once the first time.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp makes it easy for me to manage payments without worrying about reimbursements, and I don't have to manually fill out reports anymore.

  ### 13. Game-Changer for Expense Tracking and Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | Operations manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I find the integration with Xero to be particularly amazing, as it allows us to keep track of transactions efficiently. I like that I can control the app easily by unlocking and locking cards and setting limits on the fly, which is great for managing employees. The app's ease of use is very similar to its setup, where setting up cards and organizing everything was straightforward. I really appreciate that Ramp has been a game changer for keeping track of employees and transactions, and it offers insightful analytics for better understanding of spending amounts and travel costs. I also prefer using the app over the web interface because it's more direct in getting to where I need to go. Overall, Ramp is actually really good and on point.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I don't like the navigation through the user interface on the computer. I actually was using the computer more at first and then I never used the app on the phone. Once I downloaded the app, I realized that it was actually more direct in getting to the places that I needed to get to. So I actually prefer using the app more than the actual web interface.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Ramp great for tracking expenses like gas and supplies, integrating seamlessly with Xero. It lets me lock/unlock cards and set limits, making accounting easier. It's a game changer for monitoring employee transactions and provides insightful analytics on spending and travel costs.

  ### 14. Effortless Expense Tracking, Needs Better Travel Booking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I appreciate Ramp for making a huge difference in my life as a traveling employee, especially since switching from SAP Concur. It's very intuitive and has eliminated the need for me to keep a folder of receipts to upload at the end of the week or manually input details about what they are and where they go. The ease of use and the expediency of task completion with Ramp are fantastic. I love not having to chase paper or keep track of little things anymore; instead, Ramp sends me a text, and I'm able to upload the receipt, reason, and event seamlessly through a series of messages. It's extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I still book travel through other places and just reconcile with Ramp. It is hard to book AND adjust travel through Ramp. It is easier to do it directly with the carriers, like AVIS or Delta directly.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp to avoid manual input and receipt tracking, streamlining the expense process. It's intuitive and sends reminders via text. I love the ease of use and how fast I can complete tasks.

  ### 15. Streamlined Expense Management with Quick Biometric Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim H.

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I like the biometrics for signing in because it makes it super fast, much quicker than using an email and password each time. I also like the ability to load multiple receipts at one time under a travel trip, which saves me time since I don't have to go back and take a picture to load every single receipt. The initial setup of Ramp was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

It would be great if we could type in the location of a business whenever we have to travel and stay in a hotel, so we could book a hotel that was closer to our destination. The team member access for expenses and booking could be a little easier to access whenever a supervisor needs to book for a team member, instead of having them designate a person as the supervisor over everyone in their team.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp makes it easy to clear expenses and approve hotel stays for team members. Biometrics make logging in super fast, and loading multiple receipts at once saves me time.

  ### 16. Convenient and Transparent, But Limited Acceptance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhonda C. | Community Success Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I like that Ramp is convenient and that I don't have to have physical receipts. It's clear what I'm approved to do, thanks to how my director sets things up, leaving no uncertainty about my allowed actions. Everything is in one centralized location, making it easy to find what I need, like reviewing a receipt. The transparency provided by Ramp, where it's very clear what I'm approved to do, is something I appreciate. It facilitates communication as my company clearly expresses expectations, and I can show that I've met those without issues, which means it builds trust.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I think sometimes when I have tried to use the Ramp card on certain websites, I've experienced some issues. So, essentially, it doesn't work everywhere, and sometimes that has caused some confusion. Also, if when the spending card is created, and an exact supplier is put in and the supplier I'm using, there's any differences, then, transactions don't go through. So a little bit of flexibility there would be helpful.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp allows us to use company funds remotely with virtual or physical cards. It provides transparency by tracking where funds go and how they're spent. I can easily upload receipts, making everything very transparent and convenient.

  ### 17. Absurdly Simple, Smart UX That Makes Expense Tracking a Joy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay W. | Director of Communications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Absurdly simple interface and UX. Usually, Ramp is 2 steps ahead of me. It's smarter than me. I start to do something and it's already done. The app is a joy, the txt approach is great, and the website is about as good as a website can get. I feel like our company is somehow making more money and creating joy in our accounting/expenses teams when I use Ramp.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Sometimes the interface is a little TOO light. I've used expense tools for 20+ years, and because Ramp is so different, there can be an adjustment period when it comes to getting used to the platform. That being said, when I do catch on, I feel smarter and more efficient.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing dumb, cumbersome, and confusing expense and travel claim systems. Reducing friction for workers who need to file expenses and getting them reimbursements faster, and I'm sure making the headache of expense mgmt for big, complex companies MUCH easier.

  ### 18. Effortless Reconciliation and Stellar Support with Ramp

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I like Ramp for its smooth integration with Netsuite and how user-friendly it is. The support is great, and they add new features very often. It's also easy to capture receipts, and I value the integration with emails and vendor accounts. As a cardholder, I appreciate receiving SMS and emails that make it easy to add pictures and reasons, and the email integration gives the ability to search invoices or receipts and attach them. Plus, the initial setup of Ramp was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I find the AI integrations complex. It's challenging to connect tools like Claude or ChatGPT. Also, user management isn't as refined as I'd like. It's tricky to control who has access to certain features without exposing them to all expenses or other features in one toggle.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp solves faster reconciliation, smooth Netsuite integration, and funding account issues. I like its user-friendly interface, great support, frequent feature additions, easy receipt capture, and email integration that helps in managing invoices and receipts.

  ### 19. Streamlines Procure-to-Pay with AI-Driven Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shalini A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I like that Ramp is a one-stop platform that enables me to manage all the procure-to-pay related functions. Ramp has a lot of AI features that allow us to automate and expedite many processes. I also appreciate that Ramp connects with NetSuite seamlessly, which eliminates the need for manual transaction import and export between the two systems. Additionally, Ramp is consistently launching new features and has a strong breadth of different features.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I've noticed that with Ramp consistently launching new features and products, the user interface sometimes changes and some of the options and menus look very different, which makes it a bit harder because the user has to figure out what has changed and how to continue with the processes. Additionally, there are occasional system issues that cause delays in closing the books or managing operations on time, likely because they are launching too many products at once. I would hope that Ramp manages the excellence of operations while they are also launching new features and products.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp to streamline credit card activities, manage procure-to-pay and travel reimbursements. Its AI features automate processes, eliminating manual intervention. Ramp's integration with NetSuite speeds up financial reporting by connecting systems directly.

  ### 20. Ramp’s Ease of Use and Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

In the past, my company used the bill pay function, and it was very simple to use. It also made it easy to check whether payments or checks had been sent or received. Currently, our company uses the credit card function, and whenever we’ve run into issues, Ramp has been there right away to help us resolve them. I recommend Ramp for its ease of use and excellent customer service.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

At the beginning of starting to use Ramp, the menus weren’t very functional, and it was a bit irritating moving from one menu to another because if I tried to go back to a previous menu, I often had to start over from square one. On top of that, Ramp would roll out various updates to the website, so every now and then it became a hassle to figure things out again. It wasn’t a game changer for using Ramp, but it was still frustrating and annoying at times.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not experiencing any issues at the moment with Ramp. Everything is working fine.

  ### 21. Effortless Expense Management with Ramp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I absolutely love using Ramp. It's quick, easy to use, and incredibly intuitive. Everything feels streamlined, and the workflows just make sense, which saves a ton of time on the finance side. From its automation to real-time visibility, Ramp makes managing company spending feel effortless. The list of things I appreciate just keeps going. We haven't used everything that this software offers, but knowing that it has a lot of features we can expand to use in the future is also great. Anytime I swipe the card, it's automatic; I'll get an email and a text message instantly. I don't have to wait anymore for expenses to show up before uploading receipts. With real-time visibility, it makes it super awesome for those of us who don't like to wait. I want to be able to upload things right away so I don't forget because I have other tasks to do.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I wouldn't say this is something I disliked as it could have been user error. At the onset of using ramp we were given the link to set everything up. I went through all the steps and tutorials. I set the card up in my google wallet prior to receiving the actual card in the mail and tried to use it and that prompted the card to be deactivated and a second card issued. Honestly, I'm sure that was more of my fault because I wanted to use it already after going through everything and seeing how great of a product it was compared to Expensify.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Ramp simpler and more efficient than Expensify, eliminating unnecessary complexity and manual work in expense management. Its automation and real-time visibility make managing company spending effortless, saving time and preventing receipt loss.

  ### 22. Intuitive and Easy-to-Use Expense and Travel Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neer P. | Senior Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love Ramp's clean UI which makes it easy to understand what's needed, like expenses that need approval or trips not fully submitted. The information is clearly laid out, so I always know what's going on. I appreciate the multiple ways to submit expense reports, especially via text message, as it's convenient for me to just snap a picture of a receipt and handle details later, easing my travel stress. The intuitive nature of booking travel is another win, making it clear what I'm getting without complex approval layers. It's helpful with minimal cognitive load, and flights are fast and easy to find. Overall, the software is impressive with a very clean interface, and I find it beautiful how I can simply submit receipt pictures via text, helping me not forget expenses, actually saving me over $100 to $200 a year. Lastly, the setup was extremely easy, so much that it was a bit spooky in a good way. Tremendous kudos to Ramp's team for their expertly engineered onboarding flow. It was truly awesome.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I would like the rebooking process of travel last minute to be done more through an interface rather than support. I understand it takes some collaboration with the airline, but whatever you could do to make it even more fast would be appreciated. I do wish slightly that they'd have a faster process other than chatting with an agent.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp simplifies travel booking and expense reimbursements, making processes clear and fast. Its intuitive interface reduces cognitive load, and multiple submission methods, including text messaging, save time and prevent expense forgetting, easing travel stress and helping me save money.

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I use Ramp to purchase items for our students, staff, and HQ staff needs. I like the integration with our ERP systems. It makes it easy to upload receipts and information straight to our ERP system. I really enjoy the phone application and how easy it is to upload receipts directly to the charges incurred on my corporate credit card. I appreciate not having to manually upload it once I do so in the app. Also, the cashback on transactions and the easy-to-manage application were motivating factors for us when switching to Ramp.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I wish that for every transaction that is made in my CCC, a separate email could be sent to upload information to my email. Yes, when setting up the Ramp profile, it is hard to follow some of the features that are listed on the website. For example, I wanted to clear up an expense, but I clicked out of it and unexpectedly the information disappeared and now I cannot find it.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp makes it easy to upload receipts and integrates with our ERP system, saving me time by directly matching receipts with credit card charges. The ease of use with the phone app is particularly valuable.

I appreciate the workflow because it pretty much runs itself, and I find it easy to track transactions and run reports. It is incredibly helpful to have real-time tracking, especially when I need to pull reports of the top spenders. I use Ramp for our credit card purchases and accounts payable. I appreciate how it makes collecting receipts super easy. You can just snap a picture and upload it. What I like most is the quick process, and it also helps me find out if something hasn't been approved and who is waiting on approval. It just saves a lot of time. The initial setup was fairly easy because the product is pretty intuitive. It guides you through setting up vendors, which is really helpful.

Ramp makes it super easy to collect receipts for credit card purchases. I just snap a picture and upload it, saving a lot of time and streamlining the approval process.

  ### 27. Effortless Expense Management with an Intuitive, User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt D. | Commodity Manager, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

The ease of use is truly impressive. Everything feels simple and streamlined, making the experience very user-friendly. I find it extremely convenient to email receipts, drag and drop them, or upload them directly. The user interface stands out for being clean, refined, and easy to navigate. Managing and reviewing expenses regularly is effortless. I especially appreciate the feature that clearly highlights items needing my attention.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

There are very few drawbacks to using Ramp. However, I do find it challenging to manage old expenses or canceled transactions. I have several transactions that remain open on my account, appearing as if they are still waiting for a receipt or a comment, even though these transactions were canceled or refunded months ago. In the past, such transactions would eventually disappear from my account, but these have lingered for many months, and I have not yet figured out how to remove them. I would appreciate a simpler way to either delete these transactions or mark them as returned or refunded so they no longer appear on my main screen.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool really simplifies the process of organizing, managing, and coordinating corporate credit card expenses, making everything much easier.

  ### 28. Cut AP Processing Time with Seamless Ramp–NetSuite Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Skyler B. | Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

The AI tool for Bill pay has cut our processing time for AP significantly. We are now able to meet our close deadlines and have up to date financials in NetSuite. The integration between the two has been rather effective.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Sometimes the Sync function between Ramp and NetSuite fails, with no available solution. However, support has been on top of addressing our issues.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accelerating our AP processing and Bill payments. HAs improved our expense management and allowed time savings for our employees in receiving their reimbursements and Per Diem.

  ### 29. Effortless expense tracking, needs invoice sync enhancement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert T. | Staff Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I appreciate Ramp for its capability in employee expense tracking using Ramp business cards, which are easy to issue and monitor. The AI assistant features in Ramp are particularly impressive, as they facilitate the precoding of expenses according to which card user is spending and allow for coding according to vendor, thereby simplifying the expense management process. I love that invoices through the Bill pay service sync effortlessly, which streamlines the workflow. The intuitive integration with our American Express bill further enhances efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup of Ramp was flawless, making it a seamless addition to our financial operations. The combination of the card features and free AP services was a compelling reason for our switch to Ramp, as it adds significant value to our expense management processes.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I don't like that marking invoices paid in NetSuite doesn't automatically mark them as paid in Ramp. This requires manual intervention which can be cumbersome. Also, I have to split invoices to match one invoice with two different POs for the same vendor. This necessitates creating duplicate invoices with modified identification, which is not efficient and could lead to data redundancy.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp to streamline invoice processing, automate employee expense tracking, and ensure compliance, which simplifies my financial management tasks.

  ### 30. Effortless Spend Management with Stellar Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsten M. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I really like Ramp because it's just so easy. We can forward an email receipt to them, and it attaches the receipt to the transaction. We can just text a pic of a receipt, as opposed to needing to open an app or download and upload documents. Setting up Ramp was super easy and intuitive. It's such a great product. I always recommend it to other founders.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I really can't think of a single thing.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp for managing personal spending and company reimbursements, making sure we're compliant and managing money well. It's easy to upload receipts and attach them to transactions via email or text without using an app. Our accounting team has so much less headache closing out each month because people can keep up with their expenses in real time, as opposed to procrastinating and loathing the drudgery.

  ### 31. Simplified Receipt Management, Quick Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denise F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I like the ease of use of Ramp and that it's kind of foolproof. It helps me see what I'm doing and correct any issues if I happen to click or put something in the wrong place. This ease of use provides less room for errors, which gives me confidence in the work I'm producing and sending to my bosses. Once we got the hang of it, the setup was very simple and easy. It's quick to replicate settings from our initial parent instance to the child instances, just by mirroring prior settings. I also appreciate how the receipts come directly to my email and Ramp automatically matches them, which means I don't have to use a third party to download and upload them, making the process faster.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Finding where certain things are at times is a bit tricky. I have to do a lot of clicking around, even though I know there's a question box I can type things into. I also had an experience where I asked a question to the help desk, and although they got back to me quickly, they unfortunately couldn't answer my follow-up question.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp speeds up receipt processing, matching them directly to my email, eliminating the need for third-party downloads.

  ### 32. Effortless Expense Management for Field Teams Nationwide

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan N. | Chief of Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp has made it much easier for our company to manage credit card transactions throughout the US. As a repair and maintenance business with technicians working in the field nationwide, we’ve found that Ramp allows our project manager teams to monitor and control project expenses in real time. This system also empowers our technicians to focus on their work without unnecessary interruptions. Previously, they had to call in for approvals and use an outdated purchase order process, which slowed everything down and made it harder to serve our customers efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

As an admin for our account, I create the expense policies and full setup on the account. These settings and navigating back to certain things aren't always intuitive. We do not have the Ramp plus account as that is a bit expensive for a small company like ours with tight margins, I do wish the fee was smaller for the Ramp plus.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have improved efficiency in the field by minimizing downtime for our field technicians and project managers. Additionally, the system provides greater transparency and convenience throughout the organization when it comes to tracking expenses related to billable work, helping us ensure that we invoice our customers for as much as possible.

When I'm at a work site and can't send my receipt because I'm busy, Ramp does it for me without needing me to take a picture or categorize the expenses. It's cool how it operates on its own and takes that burden off my shoulders. This is especially helpful for all the employees in the company. Setting it up was easy too, just a quick login and everything connected pretty fast. I also mentioned that I've never used another app like this, so I'm loyal to it.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Nothing about this app I dislike. It’s a well rounded app making peoples work life easier!

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp automates receipt management and categorizes expenses, making it easier for me and all employees by not needing to manually handle receipts at the work site.

I have a team of project managers that submit expenses for different areas and need virtual cards for specific items and it makes it so easy to track all of this, as opposed to giving one physical card for our practice.

When I have to go into the website and tag things, I wish it was auto-tagged for me. It still requires five to six clicks per expense item.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp helps me quickly itemize and catalog my expenses, allowing mobile receipt uploads. Its AI accurately tags expenses, saving me time. I like its mobile capabilities and AI features that auto-classify items, easing my admin tasks.

  ### 36. Quicker, Better, Purchase Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas P. | AP Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

the ability to see purchases in near real time and immediately request any missing receipts is a huge improvement over our previous employee credit card system.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

the AI still needs some refinement when it comes to matching up receipts and memos with purchases. it can get confused when someone makes several purchases and submits the receipts and memos out of order.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we had a traditional credit card service for our employees, and it was always a struggle to get receipts from them, especially if purchases were made when they were out in the field. Ramp's system of messaging the cardholder for a receipt and comment immediately upon completion of the transaction has drastically reduced the number of missing receipts. Another issue with the previous card was the time it took to process the statement each month when it came time to enter the purchases into our AR/AP system; with the traditional card, it could take up to three days to get all purchases accounted for and entered. with Ramp, we are able to post purchases on a daily basis, drastically reducing the block of time required for processing the statement at the end of the statement period.

  ### 37. Efficient Tool with Excellent Support, Minor Loading Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan L. | Director of Finance and Strategic Data Analytics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I like the ease of navigation of Ramp's UI, which makes it straightforward to find solutions myself within the platform. The customer service is excellent, especially my rep Elizabeth, who is very responsive and helpful. I also find the features very useful, contributing significantly to the organization's vendor management, W9s, and categorization sync into QBO. The initial setup was pretty easy, making it accessible and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Sometimes the website does not load for unknown reasons. I get a loading page for endless hours, or I will get a vague error message on a payment, like 'could not process due to error,' but it will not tell me where the error was or how I can fix it.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ramp for organizing vendors, W9s, and syncing categorization into QBO.

  ### 38. Accounting Integration and Receipt Management Save Hours Daily

I really appreciate the accounting integration, as well as the receipt management and the bill pay and approval process. These features have saved us hours each day and have provided us with much greater transparency when working with our clients.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

This isn't exactly a complaint, but I do think it would be beneficial to receive release notes detailing the new features. Additionally, having access to brief webinars and article links would be helpful.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need to manually input each bill and its details into QBO line by line. The OCR technology reads even lengthy bills even those with more than 35 lines, and automatically enters all the information. This has saved us countless hours and reduced the risk of data entry errors. Additionally, we no longer have to chase after receipts. The Ramp credit card has eliminated much of the time we used to spend on scanning receipts and managing reimbursements through spreadsheets.

I really like the ability to create different cards for different spends, which lets each person in the company use their card for various things and helps us to monitor and control everyone's spending separately. The ease of tracking expenditures with Ramp in real-time without waiting until the end of the month for reconciliation is also great. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**
