Customer service and not having a sole representative for help when needed with limited system knowledge. Hard to configure and not very user friendly

Ramco is Multifunctional. You can keep track of hours, PTO, business goals, reviews, etc. 

**What do you dislike about Ramco Global Payroll | Payce?**

It is not very user friendly. It's hard to navigate from one page to the next. The shortcuts are not set up correctly. The application often freezes and times out unexpectedly.

**What problems is Ramco Global Payroll | Payce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ramco for timekeeping and employee learning requirements.
