Easy to use and isolate many different communication channels into one portal. Beyond the basics it has crazy customization, including injecting your own javascript custom monkey patching. I work with many different clients and they all have their own different chat systems. Rambox allows them all to be wrapped by one application and consolidate notifications so I never miss important messages.

It's heavy on the memory usage, but you can 'sleep' some accounts so they are not always running in the background.

Communication is key in my job and I have 7 different communications platforms I have to keep up with (Gmail, Text, Facebook messenger, Whatsapp... etc.). Trying to do it all from my phone was not working, and trying to do it from each individual webpage also was a big mess. Rambox keeps all of my communication platforms (except for one) and all my notifications from said platforms in one place, it is amazing! Plus, I have had great experiences with customer support, I even requested a feature and their dev team implemented it for me! I use Rambox every day on every one of my computers! There is no Signal integration, which is frustrating, but probably more of an issue with Signal than with Rambox. It also is a resource hog, so it really slows down my older laptop with only 8GB of ram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I receive a link through WhatsApp, to open a new meeting in teams, the link is not available to open the MSTeams, like when we have the MSTeams application out of Rambox, in other words, if I use MSTeams application, and I clicked on the link of the message, I hope the the link automatically open de MSTeams application, but when I have WhatsApp anda MSTeams in Rambox, this doesn't work, that I want. I was an early adopter of Rambox and use it daily. Since I use many communication platforms like Discord, LinkedIn, Slack, etc., it’s really convenient to have everything in one application and manage notifications from a single place. What’s even better is that if you work for multiple companies, you can create different workspaces with separate sessions. With simple few clicks you can configure these sessions. This way, you don’t need to constantly switch between accounts, and you can use them all simultaneously. I still find it top-notch. If you encounter any issues, you can submit a ticket, which is always responded to within a few days. If it’s an unknown bug, it will definitely be addressed, and you’ll be informed about which release includes the fix. All in all, it’s a great product.
