The best thing is that I can have all the apps and services that I used for my work all next to each other in a single window for easy access. Even the Community Edition (the free tier) has a lot of great services, and if one that you need doesn't appear, before thinking to upgrade, if it has a URL based dashboard, you can add it as a custom service. That's what I did to add Toggl and Trello. The way it works it's that it functions as a sort of iFrame, so it can display the service you want to use inside its window. As an employee who also is Freelancer with several clients and teams, it got daunting and messy to have several Chrome windows open with different users and mails to keep every channel of communication, messy for finding where I was being called and also RAM heavy.
