## About Rambox
Rambox is a digital workspace organizer that boosts productivity for professionals who use web apps frequently. It centralizes all your apps, making it easy to organize and access frequently used applications in one place. And if your app isn't listed, no problem - you can add any custom app in a few easy steps. ## Rambox Reviews
 ### 1. A great app to declutter your laptop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Having all the tools collated together under one icon is handy. Plus (on Mac at least) it supports notification bubbles which alerts me to things when storing this in browser tabs meant I didn't always notice straight away. It even supports my password manager, which means I can easily log in to everything.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

I haven't found any dislikes so far. I set aside 1 month to "settle in" with it, and it now is in my muscle memory to go to this app before anything else and feels natural. The only thing vaguely negative I had was a misaligned log in box for my password manager, which is a nothing issue, plus customer support were responsive and told me that it is actually already fixed in the beta build.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps everything together, and allows me to silo different accounts into groups, such as for clients or personal use.

 ### 2. Effortless Setup and Rock-Solid Reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deniz E. | Founder & Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

I can install any web based SaaS. Easy to setup and reliable. More than enough functions to customize the way I'd like to work. Straight forward and does not require to know much to get going with it.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

I've been using the tool for over a year for sure. Up until now I did not get any negative experience with it. As I'm using Mac, I'd like to have auto fill in my password as I'd be suing a web browser (with the prompt of my Password app within the password field). Currently (as of 3 Nov 25) it does not support (as probably such thing requires some sort of extension). I think it does have internal password repo but I prefer one place to keep mine.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have just LOADS of SaaS that I bought throughout the years. A consolidated place with proper categorization based on my needs helps me see what I've got and access when I need.

 ### 3. Gave Me What Some Others Did Not

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don W. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

I can load all the programs I use daily and get at them quickly, even with the "Hibernate" mode that Rambox uses. We used another similar product, but 1Password would not run properly in it, and it was memory hog, so we jumped ship to Rambox and have not looked back. I use a lot of tools daily, many are cloud based, so this type of consolidation is very important to my daily work.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

Nothing much of any merit yet, but I only started using Rambox about 2 months ago.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use many programs and cloud-based apps that I reuse throughout the day. Rambox helps me to locate them quickly rather than hunting through browser pages or hunting for taskbar icons that look very similar to each other. This saves me a lot of time throughout my day, and that has significant value.

 ### 4. Does what it's supposed to do

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelos S. | Senior Research Associate / Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Easy to configure and use, lots of customisation options, large number of services (apps) supported.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

Updates are not very often, which causes some issues with apps that need attention due to changes. Also, it occasionally gets stuck on the "detecting network" screen and needs to be reset by deleting all configuration files and reconfiguring everything. This is very time-consuming and tiresome.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a single app that aggregates all my web-based apps in a single window. This helps me increase my productivity a lot.

 ### 5. A Powerful Hub for Streamlining Digital Workspaces

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natanael W. | Analista de Suporte Técnico Pleno, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Rambox has genuinely streamlined the way I handle my daily workflow. The interface is polished and efficient—no unnecessary clutter, just straight to the point. Switching between apps feels instantaneous, which honestly saves me a ton of wasted minutes throughout the day. The best part? I can gather all my work and communication tools into a single, organized hub. It’s cut down on digital clutter and context-switching, so I’m actually getting more done without feeling overwhelmed.

And that integrated browser? Huge plus. I’m not constantly flipping between separate windows or losing track of what I was working on. Everything I need is in one place, which makes staying focused much easier. For anyone serious about boosting productivity in a busy work environment, Rambox is pretty much a no-brainer.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. Rambox addresses the main issue—too many apps and tabs—quite effectively. In my experience, handling multiple accounts and platforms for technical support, it’s worked smoothly. No unexpected problems, no unnecessary hassle. It just gets the job done.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Rambox entered the mix, my workflow was basically a mess—scattered across endless tabs and a handful of standalone apps. Internal ticketing (think Chatwoot), customer chats, dashboards, knowledge bases—everything demanded its own space. The result? Way too much time wasted hunting for the right tab, plus a constant drain from switching gears all day. It wasn’t just inefficient; it was mentally exhausting and made it nearly impossible to stay focused on the actual work.

 ### 6. Boosts Daily Productivity with Seamless App Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ithalo O. | Full Cycle Sales in SAAS and entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Possibility of more daily productivity and union of applications that are used as defaults in daily work.

Level of customization and configuration of instances correctly

Ease of use and management

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

It's been 1 month and 20 days of use, so far I have nothing bad to say. I have looked into the use of private data and researched security, but it seems ok.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing is the amount of WhatsApp web I use, both in the company I work for and in my company. This is what made me look for RamBox, consequently I am increasingly using other applications in the workspace, such as Google's own ecosystem, for example.

 ### 7. Great way to organize my workspace. First app I open in the morning.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Łukasz Z. | Founder , Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

I get all my apps in one place and my workspace is very well organized and accessible without having multiple windows open.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

It doesn't have proton pass integration.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool lets me keep all my web apps, such as my email web client, Canva, and communication platforms like Telegram, together in a single, unified workspace. This organization makes everything much tidier for me. It also streamlines notifications, allowing me to manage them in one place, and I can easily disable notifications for all my apps at once.

 ### 8. All-in-One Web Access at Your Fingertips

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio L. | Mantainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

I find it convenient to have all my web applications gathered in one place, easily accessible and ready to use whenever I need them.
Also, on GNU/Linux, I like the AppImage format to easily upgrade when new version are delivered.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

So far, I haven't encountered any drawbacks. I've been using it since 2023, or perhaps even a little before that.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's convenient to have all these communication web apps—Slack, Teams, Mastodon, and WhatsApp—readily accessible.

 ### 9. Use this daily for my AI stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken B. | Senior Copywriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Runs Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT super easily, and on my widescreen monitor, the resolution is better in Rambox compared to some native apps (like Perplexity). I love the easy keyboard shortcuts (eg cmd+1) to quickly switch between GenAI tools.

It's really easy to implement, so I can use different apps, schedule hibernation to reduce CPU usage, etc.

I use it literally every work day and have been using it for over a year. With some tech, I'll use it for a month then stop, but with Rambox, it's part of my permanent workflow now.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

Can't think of anything to dislike! If I disliked something, I'd probably go find another app, but I like everything and use it all the time.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using all my GenAI tools and work tools in one easy place.

 ### 10. Get all your apps in one place

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alban T. | Directeur Général, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

I love to have all my common webapps in one place. Mail, notes, socials, all separated from my main browser, to keep things organized and not have tons of tabs open.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

The choice of extensions available is very limited, and you must install extensions per app. That kind of sucks.
For example I use BitWarden for all apps, so I have to install it again and again and again, once for each app, and then I need to login in BitWarden for each app, that is really inconvenient.
So, I wish for more extensions and extensions shared across apps.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all my main business apps in one place and separated from my browser.

 ### 11. A software you don't know yet that you need it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

the easy way to use it: it's very easy even for a beginner.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

I hate the monthly/annual subscriptions in general. I would love to have a way to pay the software interely without a subscription, maybe in instalments

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love to have any social network ready to start. For example, any time I close the pc, some accounts like Facebook, Instagram and Twitch require to access, and it's boring.

 ### 12. all in one solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elias S. | power user, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

all in one solution, ease of use and being free

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

a bit heavy (demanding in space and resources) app and not being portable

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

having only one application instead of many

 ### 13. Greeat tool for Productivity!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex A. | Full Stack Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

That I have all my apps gathered in 1 place and it's for free, no interactions, no bugs, it all just works!

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

The default shortcuts are interfering a bit with my workflow, so I always remove them whenever I'm installing rambox. Also I have to relogin to every service, to every single computer I install rambox on, but this is understandably not a fault of Rambox developers.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all my chat apps in 1 screen and not on my browser helps my workflow, cause I just check rambox whenever i need to check inbox or incoming messages

 ### 14. Rambox Review: All Your Apps, One Window, Zero Clutter

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe S. | CSO, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Rambox is a productivity-focused workspace that lets you manage multiple web apps (like email, messaging, and project management tools) in a single, customizable window. After using it for [insert duration], here’s what stood out—and what could use some polish.

The setup was effortless and straightforward. It requires some understanding (e.g., the profiles feature and the difference between a "suit" and a single app).

The customer support was great with everything I contacted them about: quick replies, follow-up, and friendly responses.

I haven't found any application I missed yet. I could integrate everything I work with (and wanted to incorporate). I work with Rambox daily, and always have it open. It completely reduces the clutter in my browser.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

There are some minor things I would add or change.
A larger extension's offering, especially productivity extensions (like Freedom and RescueTime), will be great.

I would fix minor UI glitches (e.g., the extensions bar won't disappear independently).

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rambox removes a lot of open tabs from my browser. Especially performance-heavy tabs like messengers. The internal performance monitor shutdown tabs I don't currently use, and free resources, which helps when I'm doing something that is also resource-demanding.

 ### 15. All-in-One App Hub with Great Integrations, Slightly Resource Heavy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juwuan S. | Web Platform Engineer 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

The ability to put all my apps in one place with easy options to accessible them with shortcuts. A wide array of integrations and even custom ones.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

Sometimes It can be resource intensive but other then that not too many complaints.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ability to cut down on windows and have them all in one place as a devops manager/engineer its a life saver.

 ### 16. RamBox is Awesome!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar C. | Oracle Database Administrator - Oracle Database Professional OCP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

All in one! Notifications works great!! It's fast, easy to use, can open web tabs on the same page or on an external browser. It's a must for every Linux user!

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

Nothing dislike me about Rambox. I think it's perfect.
Only Teams was somewhat slow, but I use Unofficial Teams.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one for every worker, fast, reliable, perfect!

 ### 17. Excellent 'consolidator' for multiple communication channels for clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Easy to use and isolate many different communication channels into one portal. Beyond the basics it has crazy customization, including injecting your own javascript custom monkey patching. I work with many different clients and they all have their own different chat systems. Rambox allows them all to be wrapped by one application and consolidate notifications so I never miss important messages.

Beyond chat systems, it can consolidate many other browser based portals. I personally don't use this much, but I know some of my team find it very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

It's heavy on the memory usage, but you can 'sleep' some accounts so they are not always running in the background.
Remember that you also don't have to have a bunch of 3rd party chat systems running now though.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidate my client communication systems/portals into one app

 ### 18. Great all in one communicating application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley L. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

I was an early adopter of Rambox and use it daily. Since I use many communication platforms like Discord, LinkedIn, Slack, etc., it’s really convenient to have everything in one application and manage notifications from a single place. What’s even better is that if you work for multiple companies, you can create different workspaces with separate sessions. With simple few clicks you can configure these sessions. This way, you don’t need to constantly switch between accounts, and you can use them all simultaneously. I still find it top-notch. If you encounter any issues, you can submit a ticket, which is always responded to within a few days. If it’s an unknown bug, it will definitely be addressed, and you’ll be informed about which release includes the fix. All in all, it’s a great product. I can’t live without it anymore! :D

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

I really cannot tell you a bad thing about rambox

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

multiple sessions, framing different types of workspaces for diffrent companies all at the same time. Automatic hybernations. Etc

 ### 19. I use rambox on daily basis for multiple accounts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Igor I. | Senior System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Simple navigation between different accounts.
Customer support is responsive

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

Popup windows need a lot of time to appear

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have multiple accounts for different companies I am working for. Using Chrome or Firefox profiles is not a nice experience. So I use it for different accounts, which assumes email (Office365, gmail etc) , slack, whatsapp, confluence, jira....

 ### 20. Solid Workspace Solution with Some Room to Grow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Rambox has made my day-to-day work so much smoother. I love that I can keep all my apps in one spot, it keeps my desktop clean and helps me stay focused. Being able to adjust notifications and customize the apps I link in is super useful. It’s also reliable, fast, and makes switching between tasks feel seamless instead of chaotic.

Equally worth highlighting is the excellent customer support. Dan Kuxhaus, in particular, has been outstanding - responsive, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented. It’s rare to see that level of engagement and follow-through, and it adds a ton of value to the overall experience. Honestly, his support played a big part in my decision to subscribe.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

This is more of a wishlist than a dislike: a built-in library of app logos would make setup smoother - currently, searching and uploading icons for workspaces manually can slow down set up of the apps. I'd also love to see more extensions, like Loom, Pipedrive, or Notion. These tools are core to my daily stack, and having them natively available in Rambox would streamline things even further.

Another thing that would be really helpful to have is a way to reorganize apps - either with drag-and-drop or even just a simple click to “move left/right” (or up/down, if user is using the sidebar layout). Right now, I had to delete and re-add apps just to get them in my preferred order. That’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that could be more efficient and user-friendly.

Lastly, I handle multiple delegated emails, and every time my computer starts, I have to manually right-click my Google icon in the inbox to reflect those delegated accounts. It would be a huge time-saver if Rambox kept the delegated inboxes active and didn’t require me to reconfigure the apps each time I log in.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rambox eliminates the chaos of switching between multiple browser tabs and helps maintain a clutter-free desktop. By consolidating my communication, project management, and productivity tools, Rambox reduces tab overload, streamlines my workflows, and saves my time. It allows me to stay organized, control notifications, and focus on what matters. Ultimately, it boosts my productivity by simplifying how I work across different platforms.

 ### 21. The All-in-One Workspace I Didn't Know I Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Web dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

I've been using Rambox for a while now, and it's quickly become one of my most valuable productivity tools. What sets it apart is how seamlessly it allows me to manage multiple accounts and apps all in one place. Whether it's email platforms, messaging apps, or web-based tools, Rambox keeps everything neatly organized without the constant tab-switching or browser clutter.

The ability to separate personal and professional accounts while still accessing them from a single interface is a real game-changer. I also love that I can customise my workspace, set up notifications, and even lock the app when I step away.

Rambox strikes a great balance between flexibility and simplicity. If you juggle multiple services daily and want to streamline your workflow, I highly recommend giving it a try.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

Haven't really found an issue yet, I use the features available and that works great for me

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a web developer, I often need to juggle multiple accounts for the same platform—whether it's email, project management tools, or messaging apps—for different clients and projects. Rambox solves the headache of constantly logging in and out or using multiple browsers by letting me run all those accounts side by side in one unified interface.

It keeps everything organized, saves me time, and helps me stay focused. I can easily switch between client environments without breaking my flow, and the ability to customize workspaces means I can set up everything exactly how I need it. It’s been a huge productivity booster and has really streamlined the way I manage my day-to-day work.

 ### 22. Fantastic productivity and organizational tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

I love being able to access all of my accounts in the same place and the ability to organize the chaos is fantastic. It's very easy to set up and customize. I use it everyday and will never go back.

**What do you dislike about Rambox?**

I wish it had tabbed browsing for opening links in a workspace.

**What problems is Rambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have multiple accounts that I need to manage and check regularly. This keeps them all in one place, organized and notifies me when new emails/chats come in.

 ### 23. Convenient Multi-App Switching, But Limited to WebAPI Chats

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

It only works for WebAPI based chats and only implements the webUIs

I joins multiple environments and workspaces together in one place

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

Organize web apps that I sometimes forget about.

I aggregate all of my social communication under one roof. This makes it easy for me to stay in sync, when I actually want to do that!

 ### 27. Absolutely great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** M B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Rambox?**

It´s so good to use and organize your Biz-day especially then if you have changing scenarios or diferrent companies/projects you´re working for.
Never seen a better tool for my work!
