What do you like best about Rallyware?

What do you dislike about Rallyware?

What do you like best about Rallyware?

Our experience with RallyWare has been exceptional. The app platform they have developed is truly an invaluable tool for our organization.

Ease of Use:

RallyWare's platform is incredibly user-friendly. The intuitive design and straightforward navigation have significantly enhanced our team's ability to access and utilize learning resources efficiently. This ease of use has fostered greater engagement and improved the overall learning experience.

Ease of Implementation:

Implementation is always smooth and without issue. RallyWare's team stays in communication with us, is very responsive if we have any hiccups and, ensures a seamless transition. Their implementation feels easy, we don't have a whole lot of worries, they are confident but calculated and we know whats happening at every major step.

Customer Support and Liaison Availability:

Rallyware IS their team. The culture and family feel comes through on every zoom and every meeting. You can tell they all work well together, they like eachother, and that comes through in theri support. Our dedicated liaison, Kristin, was available around the clock to address any queries or concerns we had with a recent event. This level of support, where their team worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly, contributed significantly to the event's success. I could name everything that Kate, or Juli or Nic has done as well, but once you get to know them all, they feel like friends and true business partners.

Ease of Integration:

Integrating RallyWare with our existing systems was straightforward. The platform's compatibility with various tools and technologies allowed for seamless integration, minimizing disruptions and enhancing overall efficiency.

Customizable User Experience:

RallyWare offers a highly customizable user experience, enabling us to tailor the platform to meet our specific needs. This flexibility has allowed us to create a personalized learning environment that aligns perfectly with our organizational goals and objectives. It also allows us to make quick additions as we enhhance our sales strategy month over month.

What do you like best about Rallyware?

The simplicity of the platform is the main attraction. Easily create brand channels, upload videos, utilise the onboard quiz maker to add questions. The customer support is fantastic with both the tech support and the account manager. Both are very easy to get in contact with and super responsive. The dedicated account manager will go above and beyond to ensure your brand sees success in the deployment of brand learning content as well as success in engagement with the content from retailers. What do you dislike about Rallyware?

The Rallyware platform has solutions to address sales training and compliance across regions/teams, enable field distributors for better customer acquisition and retention, and streamline communications between corporate teams and the sales forve. In addition, the platform keeps field reps engaged using gamification features like badges and leaderboards, which helps boost field retention. What do you like best about Rallyware?

THE PLATFORM: The Rallyware Performance Enablement Platform has definitely helped to bring our online educational platform into the 21st century. From the VERY MODERN and CONFIGURABLE INTERFACE, all the different PRACTICAL FEATURES that are available for us to utilize (e.g. creation of different communities to provide targeted education; a metrics dashboard for both us as the Admin users and for the uplines in the company to see how their downlines are doing; being mobile-first, even without the need for the app version; the ease of changing content because it is not html-based, etc.), as well as ease of integration with our systrems, my team is ECSTATIC that we decided to switch to this platform.

THE SERVICE: I cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about Rallyware's Customer Success, Tech and Implementation Team. They have been a joy to work with from Day 1. They are VERY COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER-SERVICE-ORIENTED, ORGANIZED, RESPONSIVE, and everything else that we were hoping for and more in a vendor! The team members that were assigned to work with us are from all over the world (Argentina, US, London, Poland, Ukraine, etc.) and they are all very competent and always have our success in mind. They are definitely experts in the world of Direct Sales and they always give us great advise to help make our content more engaging and effective for our customers. And we love that they always help us find solutions to fit our needs - They never say "No"... It's always, "Let us find out how we can make that work."

OUR KPIs: We launched the Rallyware Platform in September of 2023 using just its main features, and already our engagement numbers have skyrocketed! The bite-sized lessons and ease of access (on the phone) and use of the platform is AMAZING. Our salesforce members are still slowly learning about and using the platform just as we are steadily migrating the rest of our educational content from our current platform to the Rallyware platform, and we are very excited to see how the numbers continue to grow, as well as how that affects the bottom line both for our customers, and for us as a company.

Rallyware is definitely a frontrunner in the Direct Selling space. They know what they're doing and they are doing it with excellence! They are also constantly working to evolve and innovate their techology. As we continue to add more content to the platform, we cannot wait to start using a lot more of the features that the platform offers and learn what other exciting improvements the company comes up with. What do you dislike about Rallyware?

It can be a bit expensive to work with Rallyware, but for the very robust platform and the excellent service that they provide, it is truly worth it... I think that would be very helpful if they offered a tiered approach to their pricing based on the features that a company would like to use.

However, It's only been 3-4 months since we launched the Rallyware platform and we're already receiving a lot of GREAT COMMENTS and feedback from our end users. In the long run, if it serves their needs and helps to make them more knowledgeable about working their business and increasing their sales, then in the long run, it will pay for itself. What do you like best about Rallyware?

It is now a bit more than a year that i work with Rallyware regarding our Nu Skin Learning Center and what I love the most is the Rallyware team ! They are very reactive in terms of reply and uploading the content which is very much appreciated as in Europe and Africa we had so many requests of new content/updates.

They are very accomodating if something needs to be uploaded very fast as long as I am able to inform them in advance.

They are always nice and helpful - they had sometimes to explain me several times how to upload, hide a task etc but they are always explaining it back and with good vibes so thank you for that.

I also love the fact that we can give feedback and they will try the best to put in place what we ask for (ex: currently with change of design etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rallyware?

I think what would be helpful and great is if we could get like a monthly presentation of the usage of LC for our region. i found the analytic dashboard hard to understand and use.

What do you like best about Rallyware?

What do you dislike about Rallyware?

1. The language setting is not that stable. Sometimes we can see some paragraphs showing in English while the setting is Chinese; however, sometimes the showing of the language is totally normal.

2. Just came back from the About You page. Please kindly note that Taiwan is an independent democratic country, not governed by People's Republic of China in any way and definitely not a province of China. It is really unacceptable and offensive to have us chose "Taiwan, Province of China" in the filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rallyware?

Rallyware is a platform completely designed to create a great experience for the user. We launched this platform to the Tupperware Brazil sales force, which was made of more than 300 thousand people, and we are only receiving positive feedback. They are saying how pleasure is to use it, that the platform is addictive because they start consuming the content and can't stop.

Other positive points are that the platform gives to us a lot of possibilities to create different training journeys, we have gamification that allows us to recognize the people, and we have excellent support from them: since to create the programs and integrate the platform into our system, to accompany us weekly and help us with any request. What do you dislike about Rallyware?

They are always improving the platform, so many of the things we signalized to them, they already developed. For now, there are a few functionalities in the platform that could be improved: the possibility to segment the courses into categories on the home page, because when we start having many courses, it can be a little confusing. The function of "next contents" could be only for the same course, because it suggests contents from other courses without explaining that, so it is a little confusing to the user. The possibility of evolving the discussions section to be even more like social media, and the possibility of sharing the badges earned on real social media to attract more people to the platform. They are always creating more possibilities to personalize the platform with new widgets and allow us to create different experiences according to the user profile.
