If there was anything that presented an unexpected challenge, it would have been the livestream management tool. But are not experts in the livestream world, so weren't familiar with that process. That said, the RallyUp team created a mock experience to allow us to experiment and learn, it was incredibly helpful! Really can't say we disliked any aspect of the RallyUp service!
