I made a collage of our item photos, and wrote a few words, and bingo it was done. As afar as I know, it was also quite easy for people to buy entries. We liked the free option, where people could "tip" and buy more entries instead of giving a percent of our takings to the platform. That seems like a win-win for everyone. Tedious tasks were completed through RallyUp, and we could still track the total funds raised, event ticket sales, and raffle sales. The raffle ticket sales was the best part because it was a virtual raffle. This means it was much easier to manage while providing people with the option to buy tickets with card, cash, or check. RallyUp was a decently simple set up with a great UI for a free program. We needed a system that allowed a fundraising account for each student and this was perfect. As an admin it would be valuable to see all of the registration information without pulling a report. The reports were also confusing to find and know what report is for what until it's ran. The RallyUp team has clearly amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the online fundraising world - they've done all of the heavy lifting for us! Their Customer Support was stellar - readily available, on-point guidance, thinking outside the box to give us insights when we needed them. We noticed different improvements to the donor experience as well, throughout our campaign. They're clearly working continuously in the background, improving their product. What do you dislike about RallyUp? If there was anything that presented an unexpected challenge, it would have been the livestream management tool. But are not experts in the livestream world, so weren't familiar with that process. That said, the RallyUp team created a mock experience to allow us to experiment and learn, it was incredibly helpful! Really can't say we disliked any aspect of the RallyUp service! They updated the environment during the course of our campaign to allow donors to more easily find ways to donate - we realized how helpful that was after we saw the upgrade.
