I love getting updates on what's new on the site; always significant improvements. **What do you dislike about RallyUp?** I wish on the report of who the donors are, the questions you asked for tracking would show up there. Example, I made a field for team name, then couldn't see it **What problems is RallyUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** RallyUp allows us to reach an audience that we would have missed had we not been able to raise funds on a social media level. ### 3. The best part was that we did not have to track down payments at the end of the auction. Easy setup and backend/dashboard. Great social media share features. Overall very user-friendly. **What do you dislike about RallyUp?** Ideally, for me, I'd like to be able to launch my campaigns without waiting for approval. I work with clients that have time-sensitive needs, such as pro athletes that advance in playoffs and want something up & running quickly to capitalize. When it's after business hours or weekends, it would be helpful to have a way to launch without waiting on Rally Up support. While I do understand the reason for having this system in place, it would be great if there was a way to have a standardized campaign that does not need verification prior to launching. **What problems is RallyUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, I love the Rally Up software and support team. They were able to answer all my questions and get me back on track quickly for the fundraising launch. Also VERY EASY to copy and update an old campaign to start a new one. **What do you dislike about RallyUp?** Pricing is a bit confusing. For Raffles, we chose the "free" pricing, but most of our donors paid the extra money for the extra raffle tickets - at least it did not eat into our profits. **What problems is RallyUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem - get a fundraiser started in less than a week for a company with 5.000+ employees. Benefit: First fundraiser (raffling tablets to support Hurricane Relief fund) raised $10k. Most $$ in our organization's history!! ### 6. I was able to create and launch my fundraiser in a single evening. **What do you dislike about RallyUp?** While I have full faith that RallyUp donated my gathered donations correctly, I was confused as to when and how that would happen. Thankfully the excellent support staff was able to quickly clear up any confusion. **What problems is RallyUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using RallyUp helped me raise 180% of my intended fundraising goal.
