The best part of using RallyUp is that putting together an online auction that delivers value to the event is effortless. The simple process of assembling all the information needed to create your online event is seamless. I have used RallyUp to make a few online events, and I did not need customer support in either case. What I like most about RallyUp is that it delivers on visibility and follow through from beginning to end. The page looked so professional and we were able to set our own timeline. I also appreciated using own title to help donors validate what we were doing. When I had a question, Customer Service responded quickly to my question. Also, RallyUp allowed us to receive more than 1 payment type, personalized ID and easy payment integration. With each donation, RallyUp was useful informing us of each donation. We ended up getting 3 separate transactions but this wouldn't deter me from using this again. All in all it appeared to be with the card processing side, not RallyUp. The help from the RallyUp staff was quick and concise when needed, but wasn't necessary very often. The program itself was easy to use. I was able to create three experiences easliy. Adding information before submitting the experience was easy as well. We had not difficulties at the end of the experience. Our organization has used RallyUp for our annual raffle for the past four years. It is super easy to use. The set up is pretty quick and very customizable. It has so many options on set up and payment plans. Depending on your organizations choice, using the product could be free. Customer service has been great but I really haven't had to use it very often. Everything is very inutitive. I forsee our group using RallyUp for many years to come. RallyUp does allow you to offer multiples of an item without having create a separate entry for each item. My issue is more often than not, the same person will be selected for more than one of the items. It would be nice if there was a setting to have the winner be unique. I really like that I can give patrons the option to buy tickets at the library or online using RallyUp and that there are options for sharing a link or doing it through a Text-to-donate number.
