"Rally has made recruitment so much simpler and more organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Rally UXR?

Rally UXR has allowed our team to create a recruitment process that is much more streamlined and organized. It also makes it easier to collaborate with cross-functional partners on recruitment. Some of my favorite features are the ability to create email templates and send them out in bulk, add screeners, track prior communication with participantes, and distribute incentives. While we could do all these things before, we were using different tools for each and having them centralized into one place that is super easy to use has made a big difference. What do you dislike about Rally UXR?

There aren't any downsides to using Rally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Say Goodbye to Recruitment Headaches with Rally!"
5/5
What do you like best about Rally UXR?

Thanks to Rally, scaling and growing our research recruitment has been a breeze. Managing panels across various products within our organization has never been easier. The Rally team is exceptional, always ready to lend a hand and genuinely listen to our feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rally UXR?

As a new and expanding company, we've identified several features and enhancements we'd love to see in Rally. However, the Rally team has impressed us with their responsiveness to feedback, incorporating it into their process. Their commitment to improvement shines through in their platform. "Rally gives us breathing room while tackling some of our biggest problems with trying to scale ReOps"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rally UXR?

Rally allows us to consolidate our outreach to one tool. This makes it easier when looking at information for reports, ensuring we aren't over-contacting people, and also allowing us to more easily remain within our incentive bracket per participant. Rally doesn't try to erase other tools either though, it still let's us use tools like Qualtrics in a way that is useful for us through meaningful integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rally UXR?

We like most things! The only thing for us really is perhaps being able to see overall dashboards not just per project, but it's not really a big deal for us right now. A little more customization being available for user roles would also be helpful - but again, not a big hold up for us right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rally gives research teams recruiting super powers"
5/5
What do you like best about Rally UXR?

They've nailed knowing what you need to do in a recruiting process - whether it's for remote sessions, in-person sessions, or even unmoderated usertests. They save so much time through the automation, templatizing, etc. Furthermore, since we have a slack channel where we can engage directly with their customer support specialists, they respond to our questions, issues, and improvement ideas so quickly. I can't imagine life before Rally at this point, honestly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rally UXR?

There are still some types of functionality that I need that Rally doesn't offer yet (though I know some are on their roadmap!). This includes setting quotas for certain kinds of groups within a study (eg., I want to seat 5 of X and 5 of Y directly from a screener question). For this kind of thing, I find myself still sometimes needing to export lists to a separate sheet and tracking different study quotas myself. But if my experience to date using Rally tells me anything, it's that they're actively listening to our input and constantly shipping new features that address our needs. "Everything we need in one place, plus incredible support"
5/5
What do you like best about Rally UXR?

I love the Observer Room capability - makes it so easy to involve other people in the research process to view ongoing interviews.

The interface of Rally is intuitive and you can tell that the team has really thought through the overall structure and layout of the tool. I know Rally is new, but the UI feels like it's decades ahead of other platforms out there.

Rally's support is a dream and I love that the team is only a Slack message away when we have issues or want to brainstorm about best practices. Plus the support articles are easy to find, accessible and actually helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rally UXR?

Nothing. Everything we need is on the roadmap and the team takes the time to understand what we need and makes sure our feedback is heard and incorporated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent service and constantly updating!"
5/5
What do you like best about Rally UXR?

The support is absolutely next level. They're constantly listening to our feedback, we have regularly scheduled calls with them, and they are always shipping enhancements that are actually useful. They also integrate with most of our tools seamlessly (Outlook, teams, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rally UXR?

Not much - as our UXR practice grows, we've greatly increased our study count and it would be nice to be able to organize the info better (which I think they're actually work on!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The holy grail for ResearchOps!"
5/5
What do you like best about Rally UXR?

The actual Rally UXR tool itself is extremely easy to use. The current suite of features (which has impressively evolved in the last year) is tailored to UX Research needs and pain points. But perhaps the best of all is the super speedy support from the Rally team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rally UXR?

Honestly...nothing! From the first time I learned about Rally, I was confident it would be the holy grail to optimizing Research Ops. I'm glad Rally has proved me right! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
