Design of the platform is very user friendly. Easy to track the efforts of team. Burn-down chart is really awesome to track daily effort. Really helpful for the project management who rely on agile or scaled agile. System gets hang sometimes and search functionality needs to be enhanced even more. Need to enhance the features of reporting and the home screen. UI screen can be made responsive and need to experience the features of this product in mobile as well. It is much appreciated if the product is made much user friendly, because at times we find it difficult to find the features within the screen. The system performance also need to be optimized.
