Pane for each task is hard to understand socially if user story has subtask, I have accidentally reduced story hours instead of task multiple times. I like how requirements are managed. For example, there are User Stories that translate into our product requirements and Test Cases, which become our Software specifications at a more detailed level. I did not like the half screen for Test Case view but after many complaints, Rally did switch back to full page view. There should be an easier way to customize fields and make some mandatory and not but there are too many hoops to jump through to do so without the help of an admin.
