Tasks, Stories and defects are easily created and can be tracked via personal or team dashboards. Dashboards have proven beneficial for everyday work tracking. I first used CA Agile late last year (2018) when doing some contract work as a project manager at a large insurance company, managing SCRUM for 4 Enterprise Data Governance teams. Having never used the product before, I viewed some of the introductory web based courses and felt I had mastered the basics in under a week. It's easy to get lost in all of the features and UI as this is a very feature rich product. There should be a novice & power user UI to make things simple for novice users and allow features to be enabled when required. One of the best user interface that i had come across. Agile Central did best in automating the entire agile process using this tool. We find almost all options as you want it. Be it exporting user stories, linking test cases, reviews, tasks. Anything and everything.

Rally is a useful tool for Agile Portfolio, Project and Task Management. It provides almost all the required features to plan, groom, define, implement/ execute, measure and control the work efforts required for any agile project. Features like the dashboard, Iteration board, Kanban board, Task board, Reports, Timebox, Team Status, Feature board, Epic definition, Reports etc are useful and liked by one and all.
