I don't like that the tool constantly freezes or doesn't update after a change is made that affects the sprinting or the user, sometimes keeps showing this when the changes was already applied. Also after a change is done instead of returning to the last page, it moves to home page, this stops the dynamics of the work and provokes frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the different default features and pages are intuitively linked. The relationship between stories, iterations, defects etc are implicit and come together easily thanks to the default fields within each page. It would be great to have better ways to organize the backlog. When working with clients or remote teams, priority visualization is essential. We make fake stories and use HTML to create visible divisions in the backlog as a work around.

I love it's Simplicity and usability. And more importantly, browser compatibility. All of it's features are well designed. Being a product owner, I am able to manage the stories, features, initiatives with ease.

The reporting is fantastic. Reports along with the dashboards help me in my day-to-day work.

I work across multiple projects and using the menus, I can navigate to various aspects of each project without any glitches.

Our client is large organization and it's pretty hard to manage all the teams and track the progress. We went through hard times before we started using Rally. CA Agile Central (Rally) helped us organize all the work done by the respective teams in their sprints and to connect it to features. It was amazing in tracking the individual and team progress. I was pretty much impressed with story tracking, hours allocation etc. It made our job much easier and Even our scrum master was very effective in handling the Rally.
