Minimizes time spent on pulling data and generating reports. User manuals and video tutorials are of top quality and ease to pick the tool. Ease of maintaining admin tasks. There are a lot of things to like about the tool. It's fairly easy to represent large scale projects that break down across a variety of teams and roles. Sometimes info gets lost between the Notes and the Discussion areas. Rules for generation notifications are hugely cumbersome. Auto-saved changes can generate an avalanche of notifications if someone is putzing through a lot of little details. It doesn't offer any tools for sanity checking (for example, it would be nice if it highlighted 0-hour tasks after a spring has started, or let me see all US with fully-completed tasks) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
