We use Rally as a project management tool.Rally is one of the most comprehensive agile project management tools and we use it for our enterprise solution. What do you like best about Rally Software?

I like that for huge companies this is the way to go. It has good analytics, and a lot of features. You can do so much with software. It’s so easy to flip through everyone’s boards in large enterprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rally Software?

I like how requirements are managed. For example, there are User Stories that translate into our product requirements and Test Cases, which become our Software specifications at a more detailed level. Our team uses Rally as a comprehensive team space to track progress during sprint testing, log and track informal defects and write requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rally Software?

I did not like the half screen for Test Case view but after many complaints, Rally did switch back to full page view. There should be an easier way to customize fields and make some mandatory and not but there are too many hoops to jump through to do so without the help of an admin. Tool is intuitive for real world impediments in agile implementation. It is very simple to configure portfolio kind of large enterprise solution and track the deliverables with little effort.

Minimizes time spent on pulling data and generating reports. User manuals and video tutorials are of top quality and ease to pick the tool. Ease of maintaining admin tasks.
