I think it helps in showing all of your performance so that its easy to understand and analyse the project progress and take action accordingly. It also gives real time data updates and in dashboard we cn see our progress in charts as well.It also helps in tracking multiple projects in a single platform. It helping to keep track of performance with real time update and also helps in decision making by checking the progress using data visulization and updates.I am able to maintain all my project at one place and easily can check the progress of each.
