Ralfor is an all-in-one operations app for small licensed assisted living and adult care homes in Virginia and North Carolina: homes with roughly 5 to 25 residents, where the owner is often also the administrator, the scheduler and the bookkeeper. Ralfor is built for the small home and has one published price. It puts the whole home in one app that runs from a phone, in the browser, with nothing to install. Residents and admissions, eMAR with medication time windows, charting, incident reporting, staff scheduling and staff credentials with expiry dates, inspection readiness (an inspection binder and inspection rehearsal), billing statements, a family portal and a maintenance log all live in one place. Ralfor is built around state licensing rules. Virginia's assisted living standards (22VAC40-73) and North Carolina's adult care and family care home rules (10A NCAC 13F and 13G) are cited in the app, so staff can see which rule a task or due date comes from. On the med pass, Ralfor enforces each home's medication window with rules, not AI. Order changes arrive as drafts that a nurse or other authorized person accepts before anything reaches the pass. The family portal lets families see updates about their own resident, and staff approve what families see before it is shared. Ralfor includes an AI assistant that prepares work: a draft note, a list of what is missing before an inspection, a summary of the day. It waits for a person to approve. It does not make care decisions. Licensed staff stay responsible for care, and every core workflow also works with the AI switched off. Pricing: $99 per home per month, with every feature included. A free 30-day trial needs no credit card. Start at https://app.ralfor.com/app/start.
