With Rakuten SixthSense Observability, we are able to see our platforms all in one single pane of glass, across multiple channels & data centres be it if you ask on cloud or on-prem. We get to see the apps performance in a holistic manner & this has also helped in the reduction of our MTTD & MTTR which in turn is reducing the application systems downtimes.
