It's an easy tool to be able to keep track of projects, especially when there are multiple projects scattered across a large geographical location. Receiving daily updates with the prompts so each report follows the same structure is great communication between field, office, and clients to stay on track. Raken has recently introduced some new features that we needed like timecards and equipment tracking but rolled them out prematurely with issues. The development team is taking way to long to fix the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is very easy to use and has great looking reports. It has an automatic weather integrated into reports which is fantastic to keep track of weather lost days. You can also set email reminders when you forget to fill out daily report which is one of many great features the app has to offer. Recently, a lot of added features such as toolbox talks, production to track labor, equipment and materials has been added. It is an overall great organizational app to track your jobsite hours, progress, keep a log of your jobsite photos and so much more. I would like to see the implementation of different Price Plans by employee. For a company with many employees you are almost certain to be on the higher price plan as you will have some employees need the added features. Currently you have to pick one plan for all employees which has limited me from adding some employees as it is not cost effective to pay a higher price plan rate when they are using only one aspect of the app such as logging hours. As such you should be able to pick different plans for different employees depending on their role and needs. Another issue is you cannot see time card reports on the on app. This needs to be done on a PC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
