I have been is big Raken for 3 years. This product, by far, is the most simple program to use. You can capture immense details of your project with ease. This program is also very easy to tailor to fit any project or company’s needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to have to regularly travel to the main office to drop off paperwork and make more phone calls to report my daily activities on jobs. With Raken all included parties that need to know vital information from day to day can see it as I report it when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some duntions can be refined. My workers are all alphabetically organized by first name not by last name, I cannot deactivate jobs from my cellphone, the job address assigned to a job shows up on my cellphone as the address that I am currently at at any given point of the day, and the double save feature should for the daily log and time cards should only be a single save...I have lost my entries many times due to the way the double save feature is set up...only should have to hit the save button once. It is nice to be able to look up the details (labor, pictures, weather, etc.) for each job on a daily & weekly basis. It will be nice to reflect back on the progress of the jobs once they are near completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside of Raken is each employee needs to be added. It would be easier just to use the Company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can have a comprehensive view of jobs that you have done throughout the year. It has helped us to see locally where we need to advertise more. Also I like that with this is easily accessible through the mobile app so you you can enter in job details from the office and your guys in the field will see them instantly. It's simple app driven function allows our superintendents quickly add to and complete their dailies throughout the day from their phone and the results are quick, clean, easy to read daily reports we can share with owners and architects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We haven't really noticed a downside. once set up a daily report takes 10-15 minutes instead of 45. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
