**Describe the project or task Raka helped with:**

I hired Raka on two separate occasions - for two companies - to help with web design, HubSpot/CRM integration, and inbound strategy. They are competent, timely, professional, and very effective at what they do. 

**What do you like best about Raka?**

Raka utilizes tools, which make it very easy to communicate with your team.  If there are any questions or concerns, you have immediate access to your team lead, as well as frankly the head of the company. Raka takes great pride in what they do, and they strive to keep customers and their employees very satisfied and happy. 

**What do you dislike about Raka?**

Using Hubspot as a platform for a website or inbound has inherent limitations. This is not anything that directly is a result of Raka as a company or partner. I would fully assess if HubSpot is the best option first. Then find your integrator and web partner. But as a HubSpot partner, Raka is great. 

**What problems is Raka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have increased our inbounds and enabled our prospects and clients to have a very user friendly web-based experience.
