Raka AI is an AI receptionist and AI manager for small businesses and online stores. It answers customers in Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and website chat, answers phone calls, books, moves and cancels appointments, hands a conversation to a person when needed, and runs Shopify store tasks and social media content when the owner asks. There is no manual setup and no templates: connect your website or Shopify store and the AI learns your services, prices, opening hours, products, stock, shipping and return rules by itself. If a fact is missing, the question comes to you once — the AI never makes up an answer. The AI Voice Agent answers your business phone and WhatsApp calls 24/7, books appointments, sends links by SMS and transfers the caller to your team. Raka AI Bookings keeps staff schedules, syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook, sends reminders and takes deposits. Built for barbershops, beauty salons, clinics, restaurants, hotels and guesthouses, staffing agencies and Shopify stores. Free to start; you pay $0.15 per chat customer a month and from $0.09 per call minute.
