What do you like best about Raisely?

Raisely provides the perfect blend of technology and supporter engagement capabilities. Their evolving features means our charity can always utilise the most recent developments to ensure a greater supporter experience as well as support fundraisers to raise more and donors to give more. What do you dislike about Raisely?

Raisely have done a lot of work in expanding their support team to allow a faster turnaround of queries and issues. However, their move to 'empower the user' is good for technology-savvy staff but not so great for staff who struggle or lack time to work through solutions themselves. What problems is Raisely solving and how is that benefiting you?

By transitioning to Raisely, we are able to innovate and remove many of the obstacles for peer-to-peer registrations and donations. This streamlined UX has meant more pleasant and functional fundraising and donor experience. We were able to introduce innovations such as individual and team fundraising pages, aggregate total bars and triggered emails. Now our fundraisers could receive emails specific to them triggered by a specific action. For example, if they were 80% of the way to their fundraising goal, they would automatically receive an email congratulating them and encouraging them to hit their goal. In our first year of using Raisely for our peer-to-peer event, we were 47% up in fundraising from the previous year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing platform"

What do you like best about Raisely?

I found raisely to be a really intuitive and easy-to-use platform. It allows for a really professional looking site to be created easily, while still allowing enough creativity to customise your campaigns to make them uniquely engaging. The customer service/help desk is amazing too. they reply quickly and really went above and beyond to make sure I got the results I wanted, and never made me feel silly for asking even the most basic of questions. What do you dislike about Raisely?

I suppose some of the tagging features are a bit complicated, it would be good to be able to mass tag profiles etc (though there is a chance that you can do that and I just didn't learn how.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Raisely solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is really good for allowing individuals autonomy with their fundraising while still keeping them connected to our charity. It means we can be as involved with helping them as we like, while still letting them feel in control of the fundraising process. It also makes life so much easier to be able to have so much of our online fundraising in one place, being able to check team totals and individual profiles and different campaigns at the same time is great. What do you like best about Raisely?

We have loved using Raisely so much we have moved all of our fundraising to this platform. It is extremely user-friendly, quick to learn and fit for purpose. The support team is also amazing - I am so grateful for the fast responses to any question or tech issue we have. Cannot recommend using Raisley for your fundraising enough. Raisely is continually evolving and I find that any function that doesn't seem quite perfect they are already working on improving. The team is also very open to feedback and we are constantly asked if there are any areas that arent working for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Raisely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Housing all of our campaigns in one platform is really handy. WThe easy integration between Salesforce and Raisely using zapier has been a big problem solver for us.
