I like that I can send a fax to the physician directly from a Raintree. **What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?** Lots of clicking and boxes that need to be filled. I wish there was a way to go directly to the next box by clicking one key. I dislike that I cannot see nursing notes. I also dislike that it is not mobile. You must have the software installed on a PC with internet access. **Recommendations to others considering Raintree Systems:** I’d also consider web-based software that is accessible on a tablet or smartphone. We can tackle various different tasks simultaneously on one software, from billing to reporting to records management. **What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?** The price of the software is the only aspect I dislike about Raintree Practice Manager. **Recommendations to others considering Raintree Systems:** I recommend that other healthcare companies adopt Raintree as their main electronic medical records management software if they can handle the costs. If you believe your current software does not fit your unique business needs, Raintree is the software for you, due to its flexibility and customization. You can handle various different tasks simultaneously using this one software, from billing to reporting to records management. I would not recommend the product if your business is a startup or in a risky financial position. This allows me to manage all medical records via my computer. Not enough freedom for clinicians to actually state what happened. Also, super annoying that when putting in minutes for how long you spent doing something, it does not cary over to a billing screen. It’s very thorough with been bothersome. **What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?** What slow me down is unchecking and deleting treatments or assessments done in previous session but not apply to this session. It would help tremendously if there is a clear section button to start fresh just one section of the note.
