Sometimes there are so many options (when right-clicking on a patient's name, for example), that it is easy to feel overwhelmed for intimidated by all of the choices. I like the ability to customize our experience for each of our entities based the unique requirements of each one. Whether it's custom fields or special reports, everything we need is provided. Once every thing is implemented, everything is very easy to use. Not to mention the system handles multiple users entering large amounts of information every day. Billing in Raintree is easy and automated as long as the set up on the "backend" is done flawlessly, and Raintree has a great onboarding program that helps make sure that is done. There are a lot of functions that cause overwhelm. It's great to have a lot of information and capability, but it makes it difficult for older users that are not "tech savvy." All the rules and protocols I can set up on the backend to make sure special rules are followed is the greatest thing that's ever happened in my professional life.
