There are so many different areas of settings that are needed to get things to function properly and there can be discrepancies in the settings, causing things to not work as desired. New features come at a cost, so eventually we'll be stuck with old functionality because costs keep going up but reimbursement in this industry keep going down. The integration with Waystar allows claims to bill out smoothly and receive remit files back without a lot of manual work. What do you dislike about Raintree Systems? Boxes too small. Progress notes and treatment notes do not carryover well. Not enough freedom for clinicians to actually state what happened. Also, super annoying that when putting in minutes for how long you spent doing something, it does not cary over to a billing screen. Super time waster added up all your minutes. Rain tree reminds me to include clinical findings I might otherwise forget to put into the notes. It’s very thorough with been bothersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Raintree Systems? What slow me down is unchecking and deleting treatments or assessments done in previous session but not apply to this session. It would help tremendously if there is a clear section button to start fresh just one section of the note. For treatment not checked, but contain info from previous sesion, rain tree do not auto ignore, causing final doc a mess and confusing, making deletion nessesory and time consuming.
