"Fast, efficient and quality work with relatively minimal documentation/supervision"
5/5
What do you like best about Rainforest QA?

Our dedicated engineers have been great to work with! They are extremely knowledgeable, self-motivated/managing, communicate irregularities in our app behavior and actively work through creating new tests and updating broken ones with very little supervision necessary from our team. The onboarding and implementation process was relatively painless, using some sample procedurall videos and spec documents, the RF team quickly became familiar with our app and continue knowcking out JIRA tickets we produce for them. The testing software platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive. We are a relatively new client, but our test coverage is growing quickly and we are really happy so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rainforest QA?

As a developer who communicates with the QA team and occassionally updates some tests, there is an opportunity for me to become more familiar with the platform and more efficient using it. Having said that, I have always been able to figure out how to make any necessary modifications to our tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rainforest QA?

Rainforest QA is a best tool to automate the test cases with easy and effective manner. It gives the confidence to user as it's easy to implement and it's screenshot feature will give you a feel like someone is working manually. Also the live chat feature and support team is extremely helpful and great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rainforest QA?

Sometimes the test case failed but when we try again even without a change it starts working. Other than that the integration is not there with any test management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful but clunky/confusing to use"
3/5
What do you like best about Rainforest QA?

We like how the service seems very reliable and has a lot of options to configure our tests with. The Slack integration works well too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rainforest QA?

The dashboard UI is not very intuitive to me, and it can be confusing/overwhelming to quickly figure out what went wrong when diagnosing a failure. We've also had a lot of flakiness trying to configure dynamic masking areas, but it's possible we are doing something wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good, room for improvement!"
4/5
What do you like best about Rainforest QA?

It's very easy to use and offers multiple ways to organize your tests. Customer support is quick and gives you advice or workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rainforest QA?

I think it should offer multiple ways to run tests (as in, running them one after the other) because using snippets in a single test makes it very long and complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rainforest makes QA'ing Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rainforest QA?

Intuitive test building with high-quality customer support. It is easy to build complicated tests for your product in even less-than-common scenarios (for example, we download and install a browser extension, then test it, in Chrome developer mode) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rainforest QA?

Small things: environments and sites all map to each other (can't have some sites only exist for some environments), it would be so sweet if we could write a snippet that uses variables, and then when using the snippet in different tests pass different values through to be filled in (imagine a login snippet with different sets of credentials, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
