We solve for registration, content management, and exhibitor/sponsorship management. Part of that is just the "execution" data itself, but in addition it's the reporting and insight data. We are always striving to provide a better experience for our attendees, and RainFocus is continually innovating so that we have top of the line offerings for our customers. The system is overall very flexible and easy to manage and navigate. We have a better ability to build and create our own solutions without always needing the Rainfocus team to help us execute. This makes meeting deadlines and the ability to get more done a lot quickly a lot easier. We are also able to easily train our extended teams on the platform's use and allow them to manage tasks that would have been a part of our workload. Some nuanced asks are harder to implement head on. At times, we have to use workarounds for some basic specialty requests. Overall, the system has made it easier for us to become more robust in our execution on each front. The tool is flexible allowing you to easily customize your event from offering various registration paths, exhibitors management, session management (Call for Papers \> Approvals \> Speaker Management). I also appreciate the fact that you can easily copy forms from previous events and make modifications to the current year.
