What do you like best about Rain Technologies, Inc.?

Everyone was so nice and willing to work with our payroll reports. They reached out to our timekeeping provider and set up all reports they need. We provided examples of reports from our payroll system and worked with us to get them customized for their needs. Using the Rain app itself is super easy and quick. What do you dislike about Rain Technologies, Inc.?

If I had to pick a downside, it would be the few employees that have had trouble creating accounts. Probably more user error than Rain's process.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rain Technologies, Inc.?

It allows employees to not worry about starting a new job and risking their financial situation. They are able to access their funds when they need it most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rain Technologies, Inc.?

I dislike the 'automated' process for sending employee information over to Rain. I do not want Rain to have access to my HRIS so they can pull a report for me and import into Rain's employee system. Not all of my employees have access to Rain, so I typically will filter those employees out. Having a person at Rain log into Paycom (HRIS) and pull the report for me and filter out the employees doesn't make sense and is too personal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rain Technologies, Inc.?

Rain customer support is very easy to communicate with and their site is extremely user friendly. Our staff enjoy having the easy access to their earned wages prior to payday. All aspects of the process went smooth, from the implementation to the intergration, importing, and exporting of files. Tasks are all simple and quick. I am happy we offer the service to our staff. What do you like best about Rain Technologies, Inc.?

Rain was extremely easy to implement and their customer support is top tier. They always respond quickly and are willing to adapt to your payroll practices. We experience very little downtime with the platform, and our employees have great things to say about it. It is very easy to sign up and use the app and they offer rewards to employees within your company. Their push notifications do a great job at motivating employees to return to work too! The only thing i dislike about rain is the fees involved on a same day transfer. Their fee for same day is $3.99, but they do offer free next day transfers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rain Technologies, Inc.?

What is most helpful about Rain Technologies services is having a great source for employee for in-between paychecks. Their website is very user friendly and not to mention the outstanding customer service and easy to use features for employees, the employee will contact RAIN directly for questions, not creating an additional burden on the employer. When it comes to customer service relations for the employer, I have never experienced a late response, always prompt. Rain Technologies takes the lead during implementation creating an easy intergration, the best I have experienced. We are utilizing RAIN services very frequency for our weekly payroll and never have had a billing issue arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
