As a business Rain makes its money on the instant transfer fee, these can add up. I had an employee early on in the use of Rain who made A LOT of small transactions and got hit with the fees for this (even though it clearly states that when you go to make a transfer). From an administrator standpoint, setup was very easy. Rain took care of almost everything and helped walk us through the platform. Utalizing the system day to day is a breeze and they are always willing to support if there is an issue. This was the easiest partner relationship we have ever setup. The only thing I wish we could get a little more insight on is usage of their financial courses that our team members are attending. I know this was something they offered at the beginning but since they have been unable to report on whether team members are utilizing this, I haven't really followed up. After the initial setup there is hardly anything else an employer has to do and it doesn't cost the employer anything to have this benefit. Rain is app based and easy to use. Rain has had some staffing turnover, just like everyone, but seems to have better and more prompt customer service now. I don't like how they send so many texts to employees to entice them to use their system. I would like to see it used more as a budgeting tool and less like an ATM.
