So many positive things about the software it's hard to pick the best! From the company's excellent customer service to the user-friendly software interface to the way it syncs online and in-store inventory to the way it works with many distributors. One of the benefits of using Rain Retail is the way it syncs with distributors' products. Others have been not but they say it is a priority to fix them. I will give an update in a few months. They do have a great feature for quilt shops....fractional quantities.
