It keeps the job and the money in one place, so a sales order can be followed from quote to production to delivery to invoice without a spreadsheet in between. Operations. Ready-made workflows for 12 sectors (metal and sheet metal, furniture, machinery, plastics, food production, textiles, printing and packaging, technical service, installation, wholesale, general manufacturing, restaurants). Each job moves station by station; late jobs rise to the top. Field crews get the address and directions on the job card, take photos, tick checklists, collect the customer's on-screen signature and report problems or scrap. Work done offline is queued and sent when the connection returns. Bookkeeping. Sales and purchase invoices with VAT and withholding (tevkifat), quotes, orders, delivery notes, purchasing, customer and supplier accounts, statements, cash and bank, cheques and promissory notes, aging and due-date tracking, stock with counts and low-stock alerts; barcodes and multiple warehouses in the Full plan. e-Fatura, e-Arşiv and e-İrsaliye are sent through the customer's own integrator account. Receipts can be photographed and bank statements uploaded; what is read is offered for approval, never posted on its own. Data can be exported to the accountant as CSV. Customers receive quotes and invoices as a link and can accept or reject a quote without signing in; the answer arrives as a phone notification. RADA. A built-in command line in Turkish: type or say "who owes us?", "low stock" or "invoice 40 units to Kaya Market" and the right screen opens, pre-filled. RADA is a rule engine, not an AI model, and it never saves a record on its own; the user confirms. Security: two-step verification on every plan, biometric sign-in on phones, encrypted connections.
